Here is a rundown of some of the happenings regarding offers players have received.</em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:separator --> <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" /> <!-- /wp:separator --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='402117' first='Jackson' last='Cantwell'] | Nixa |</em></strong><br>It doesn't get any bigger then what happened this past week for the 6'8" 275 class of 2026 OT then to have back-to-back offers from the previous two National Championship teams of <strong>Alabama </strong>and <strong>Georgia</strong>. Jackson went to both schools for camp visits and was immediately offered following by the Crimson Tide and the Bulldogs. For good measure he also picked up an offer from <strong>Michigan State</strong> this month as well. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='322070' first='Brandon' last='Mason'] | Hazelwood Central |</em></strong><br>- The 6'6" 230 DE landed his 14th and 15th offers from <strong>Southern Illinois</strong> and <strong>Tennessee-Martin</strong>. Mason has really elevated himself this spring and summer with his performances at camps and combines.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='126221' first='Aidan' last='Crews'] | Eureka | </em></strong><br>- The speedy Safety prospect came off a great June camp season and recently picked up offers from <strong>Southern Illinois</strong> and <strong>Tennessee-Martin</strong> just as Mason did. Look for his offer list to continue to grow during the season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='285142' first='Jason' last='King'] | De Smet</em></strong> <strong><em>|</em></strong><br>- King added to his growing offer list by just picking up his second SEC offer from the home team <strong>Missouri</strong> Tigers. The class of 2025 physical, big-time linebacker prospect is poised for a huge junior season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>Nick McClellan | De Smet |</em></strong><br>-This class of 2026 6'1" 170 QB/ATH landed his first D1 offer from SEC school <strong>Mizzou</strong>, which is a great way to get your recruitment started. The Tigers offered him as an athlete, but I have watched him play quarterback the last few years. Yes, Nick is the younger brother of <strong>Missouri</strong> WR target <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='126237' first='Jeremiah' last='McClellan']</strong>. There is a lot of chatter that the talented older McClellan may be close to announcing a verbal commitment to the in-state Tigers. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1117627' first='Antonio' last='Strong'] | St. Mary's |</em></strong><br>- The talented class of 2025 cornerback has had a great spring picking up multiple D1 offers. Strong kicked off the month of July with an SEC offer from the <strong>Tennessee</strong> Volunteers. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='203617' first='Ethan' last='Venable']s | Oakville |</em></strong><br>-The under-recruited big-time 6'2" 215lb athlete and LB/DE prospect landed his first D1 offer recently from <strong>Valparaiso</strong>. Some school is going to get very lucky when they land him. Venables is a great combo of speed and strength. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='668866' first='Tyrese' last='Reid'] | Webster Groves | </em></strong><br>-The rangy 6'5"250lb Reid added to his offer list with a recent offer from <strong>Tennessee-Martin</strong>. He had also released a Top 3 list of Southeast Missouri, Lindenwood and Northern Iowa. Expect more offers to continue to roll in during and after the 2023 season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>Keondrick Sherrod | Sikeston |</em></strong><br>-The powerful 5'11" 210 RB added an offer from<strong> South Alabama</strong>. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='254477' first='Brody' last='Smith'] | Jefferson City |</em></strong> <br>-Big Brody picked up an offer from <strong>Western Illinois</strong>. The 6'5" 280 Smith is another player who will see his recruiting profile rise with a strong senior year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
