<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Coming at you all with more football players at the high school level and in the upstate NY region that have some game to show you all! These players are looking for that look at the next level to continue to play a game that they love. Check it out below!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["451493"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_player_featured_image":911917,"_player_evaluations_0_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eWho doesn't like amazing TE play where they are dominating threats in the red zone and can stretch the middle of the field vertically like a WR! Well, you get all that here and more with [player_tooltip player_id='451493' first='Nick' last='Leonard'] from Victor High School. Nick stands in at 6'4” and weighs 230-pounds, and in addition to TE he plays the DE position. This is a very intelligent football player that has been playing on varsity for his 4th season now. What I love to hear is when Leonard told me that he has a mind for the game, always picking his coaches brains to improve his game for the team.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTurning to Nick's play, I was so impressed by the physicality and the athleticism of running away from defenses after the catch. This is a TE that can/will break off multiple tackle attempts after the catch. Doing the dirty work of blocking and blocking at a high rate into the second level of the defense was very evident in Leonard's game. Multiple times, Nick was attacking LBs in the 2nd level, and was even effective in his ability to make pull action blocks. The versatility to line up all over the LOS and run effective pass patterns is embedded into the tape that Leonard produced this past year. Leonard can run the majority of the route tree at a high level and creates excellent separation from DBs or LBs in coverage. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eAt the DE position, the raw talent to make incredible game changing plays was all over this young man's tape. On one play, Leonard was able to cleanly pick off a QB by just jumping to swat down a ball, but instead caught the ball and ran it in for 6 points. It was very JJ Watt type of ability and looked incredibly similar. The ability to attack with all sorts of pass rush moves was outstanding to see, using rip, spin, or a quick inside swim move granted Leonard to make big defensive plays. One of the most impressive tapes that I have seen so far, and a young man that has a very bright future.  u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTwitter: @nick_leonard89u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eInstagram: @nick_leonard89u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eHudl Profile:u003c/spanu003eu003ca href=u0022https://www.hudl.com/profile/13321399/Nick-Leonardu0022u003eu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003ehttps://www.hudl.com/profile/13321399/Nick-Leonardu003c/spanu003eu003c/au003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b725fdeddd7"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/hudl {"name":"acf/hudl","data":{"embed_code":"u003ciframe src='https://www.hudl.com/embed/video/3/13321399/6352a875b534e708708ecfde' width='640' height='360' frameborder='0' allowfullscreenu003eu003c/iframeu003e","_embed_code":"field_62daf7995fd8c"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b725fdede2f"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":911981,"_player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"Byron Williams","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"2025","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"6'1u0022","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"2406","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"Greece Athena","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_0_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eThe passion, hustle, and explosiveness out of this DE/OLB was profoundly productive all over this young man's film. Having a bigger role for his team will be a bigger part of Byron's responsibilities for this upcoming season. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eWhen playing the OLB/DE position, the first step quickness was present. OTs had a very challenging time staying in front of Byron because of the speed he has around the edge. Williams is not a rusher that is going to blow right through a block with straight power. Byron is much more of a speed and finesse pass rusher. The ability to stay balanced with a strong frame against blocks did allow Williams to have some lift against opposing linemen. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eWilliams spoke to me about how he is a very versatile player on the football field. Wherever the coaches need him, Williams is willing to do it. There were some plays where Byron was lined up as a TE and was able to make impactful plays in goal to go situations. When it comes to the upcoming season, Byron wants to be the best all round defensive player in Section V football. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTwitter: @ByronW_4u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eInstagram: @fp.bwillu003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eHudl Profile:u003c/spanu003eu003ca href=u0022http://www.hudl.com/profile/16810899u0022u003e u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003ehttp://www.hudl.com/profile/16810899u003c/spanu003eu003c/au003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b725fdedf08"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/hudl {"name":"acf/hudl","data":{"embed_code":"u003ciframe src='https://www.hudl.com/embed/video/3/16810899/6339e3400428a405f43c3545' width='640' height='360' frameborder='0' allowfullscreenu003eu003c/iframeu003e","_embed_code":"field_62daf7995fd8c"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b725fdedf35"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":911983,"_player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"Mykel Whitfield","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"2024","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"6'0u0022","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"2410","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"Greece Arcadia","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_0_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eMykel Whitfield is a very interesting WR that was able to show his reliability often on tape. Some of those quick routes were slants, comeback, and curl routes. When a play would break down, Whitfield did a good job at working back to the QB to be an option to pick up extra yards. Whitfield was able to pick up those tough yards for his team by diving forward as well.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTo add on, Whitfield was also able to show off his ability to adjust to throws in awkward spots. Being able to improve his speed coming in and out of the breaks in his routes will be a key focus for Mykel this upcoming year as well. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTwitter: @kel_whitfieldu003c/spanu003eu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003e u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eInstagram: @585_kelou003c/spanu003eu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003e u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eHudl Profile:u003c/spanu003eu003ca href=u0022https://www.hudl.com/profile/17545635/Mykel-Whitfield/aboutu0022u003e u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003ehttps://www.hudl.com/profile/17545635/Mykel-Whitfield/aboutu003c/spanu003eu003c/au003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b725fdedfd9"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/hudl {"name":"acf/hudl","data":{"embed_code":"u003ciframe src='https://www.hudl.com/embed/video/3/17545635/63628c5fbed6c60ba0563e85' width='640' height='360' frameborder='0' allowfullscreenu003eu003c/iframeu003e","_embed_code":"field_62daf7995fd8c"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b72cfbb1039"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":915247,"_player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"Nate Brinza","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"2025","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"6'2u0022","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"2407","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"Canandaigua Academy","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_0_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eA young TE and DE here with Nate Brinza. When it comes to Brinza, he has been playing the game of football since the 8th grade. Nate will be graduating in 2025, so he does have a few years to go but the measurables and talent to improve drastically this coming season is there. Brinza plays for Canandaigua Academy High School and stands in at 6'2” and weighs in at 225-pounds. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eWhen playing at the DE position, what really showed off was Nate's athleticism at the POA. Being able to swat down passes and throw OTs off him would flash on tape. Now Brinza really leaned on his pure size and strength at the TE position. Being able to improve the variety of his routes in the route tree this season will be a big point of emphasis for Brinza. Nate was able to show his flexibility to be played out wide and was able to make effective plays in the red zone.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eThis season will be a big year for Brinza, and he really wants to help his team win another sectional title. Quadere spoke to me about how he wants to go to college and study quantum physics, metaphysics and biology. A very smart young ball player that will even have success off the football field with those type of goals. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTwitter: @Quadere_lawsonu003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eInstagram: @anunnakikid999 u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eHudl Profile:u003c/spanu003eu003ca href=u0022https://www.hudl.com/profile/16535582/QUADERE-LAWSONu0022u003e u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003ehttps://www.hudl.com/profile/16535582/QUADERE-LAWSONu003c/spanu003eu003c/au003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b72cfbb1479"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/hudl {"name":"acf/hudl","data":{"embed_code":"u003ciframe src='https://www.hudl.com/embed/video/3/16535582/636d47cd0dc0190db0370236' width='640' height='360' frameborder='0' allowfullscreenu003eu003c/iframeu003e","_embed_code":"field_62daf7995fd8c"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b72cfbb14a6"} /--> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["527836"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_player_featured_image":912005,"_player_evaluations_0_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eA dual threat QB for Hilton High School that loves to be a leader and make big time plays for his football team. [player_tooltip player_id='527836' first='Colton' last='Thorp'] stands in at 6'2” and in addition to the QB position, Thorp can play at the S spot, but most of his play time was spent at QB. When operating at the QB position, the ability to take off and pick up huge amounts of yardage was put on full display. At times, Thorp was even to take a direct snap and cut right through the defense for a large gain. There were even a couple of plays on tape where Colton was able to outrun the defenses for 6 points.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eI was impressed by Colton's ability to hit his targets on the outside boundary of the numbers. Many times, there were deep timely placed balls that had to be placed in the perfect spot and Thorp was able to deliver. Colton was also able to accurately hit his receivers in the back corner of the end zone on many post routes. There was a tremendous amount of poise and confidence to stand strong in the pocket. Being able to work the pocket and to find his man down the field was a plus for Colton.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eThere is no doubt that Thorp has the big play ability that any team would want their QB to have. Being able to put his offensive into a position to win showed up time and time again. For the upcoming year, Colton wants to win his 2nd Section V title, and it will certainly be interesting to see if he can.u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTwitter: @coltonthorp13u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eInstagram: @coltonthorp_u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b72cfbb151c"} /--> <!-- wp:embed {"url":"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cX2opYV226o","type":"video","providerNameSlug":"youtube","responsive":true,"className":"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"} --> <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cX2opYV226o </div></figure> <!-- /wp:embed --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":925880,"_player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"[player_tooltip player_id='1283671' first='Kaleb' last='Condello']","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"2025","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"5'10u0022","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"2406","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"Rush Henrietta","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_0_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"u003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003e[player_tooltip player_id='1283671' first='Kaleb' last='Condello'] is a 5'10”, 250-pound defensive and offensive linemen for Rush Henrietta High School. For this upcoming season, Condello is looking to not only increase his level of play, but also is looking to increase his teammate's play as well. Helping the team out by inspiring others to be leaders alongside Kaleb is a task that he wants to accomplish. In addition to the game of football, Kaleb plays lacrosse and is on the wrestling team for Rush Henrietta. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eWhen it comes to the action of physicality in his play, Condello values the importance of incorporating this trait into every part of his game. When it came to being on the offensive line, Kaleb showed good balance and the ability to fly his hands up quickly to get them on the opposing rusher. u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eIn addition, when operating on the defensive line, Condello was very fast in his action to come off the ball and use his active hands to create separation between him and the block. Kaleb has been very active in the gym when it comes to getting stronger, and he is looking forward to improving on the field when fall comes around.   u003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eTwitter: @CONDELLO_KALEBu003c/spanu003ernrnu003cspan style=u0022font-weight: 400u0022u003eInstagram: @K_A_L_3_1_8u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64b72cfbb15e7"} /--> <!-- wp:embed {"url":"https://twitter.com/condello_kaleb/status/1668016979028869121","type":"rich","providerNameSlug":"twitter","responsive":true} --> <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/condello_kaleb/status/1668016979028869121 </div></figure> <!-- /wp:embed -->
