Julius possesses impressive speed and smooth hip movement, making him effective in both the box and coverage. His great ball skills and strong tackling make him both a physical presence and risk to throw at. Julius has an incredibly high football IQ as well and can easily diagnose plays before most can. This is the type of guy that you can plug and play anywhere in a college secondary.
A Southern Miss commit, Damion Miller Damion Miller 6’2″ | 185 lbs | ATH Port Gibson | 2024 State MS has a ton of versatility and athleticism as both a wide receiver and defensive back. As a wide receiver, he runs smooth routes and has a knack for making impressive catches. Defensively, he uses his length to his advantage and can mirror receivers 1 on 1 all the way downfield. Highlights
While displaying versatility as both a defensive back and running back, Damyrion’s future lies in excelling as a DB at the next level. This guy is an old school safety type that does not let his size define him. His speed and explosiveness allow him to be a dynamic force on the field, and he excels in run defense with his willingness and strength as a tackler. Damyrion’s smooth hips give him the agility to cover the middle of the field effectively. While only holding one offer from Co-Lin, this is the type of player that should easily garner the attention of more in-state JuCos as time goes on.

Dayshawn’s strong tackling ability in the open field adds to his defensive play, allowing him to disrupt opposing offenses and make crucial stops. He uses his length to his advantage, making big plays against the pass, and jarring the ball loose from receivers. On offense, Dayshawn’s smooth hands enable him to secure catches with ease. This is a guy who is being undervalued as is.
