I’m not sure anyone worked as hard play after play to get open than Malek this weekend. He fired off the line quickly, ran his route precisely and kept moving to find a spot to get open, giving his QB a big target. He displayed a large catch radius, and had the instincts to turn up field immediately and get extra yardage. His body control on jump balls was better than I remember seeing before, and I really loved how 50-50 balls seem to just go his way always. I keep waiting for Malek to completely blow up, and it is seeming like he is right on the verge now.
