PJ Woodland PJ Woodland 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB Oak Grove | 2024 State MS , Oak Grove
Woodland is one of the most explosive players in the 2024 class. He is a player that also does a great job in basketball. He is able to show off his athletic skills when he is on the basketball court. Woodland is one of those guys that knows how to do a great job on both sides of the football. Woodland attacks the football when it is in the air. He knows how to make sure your best receiver can’t have a great game. Woodland is a guy that can play cornerback or safety.
Lekih Freeman Lekih Freeman 5'10" | 150 lbs | DB Saltillo | 2024 State MS , Saltillo
Freeman is a cornerback that we need to talk about more. He isn’t the biggest guy on the field, but he has great skills. Freeman is known for breaking up passes. He is a disciplined cornerback that doesn’t get caught out of position a lot. He also doesn’t mind coming up to make tackles. Freeman did a great job against some great talent this offseason during 7v7. He is a player we expect to have a breakout season this year.
Semaj Knowles, Louisville
We are expecting Knowles to have a breakout season this year. He is a guy that hasn’t been talked about much, but he has great potential. Coaches are going to be very impressed to have him on their team. He is capable of being a shut-down cornerback. He just has a few mechanics that he needs to fix.
Hurt is a player that I was excited to come across. I think that he is going to be a free safety on the next level. Hurt is one of those speed demons that hail from the Delta. He has the speed to be very deadly at the free safety position. Hurt can cover some range with the speed that he has. He is a player that is very exciting on Friday nights.
