The updated 2021 rankings are out now and many players have made jumps from their previous ranking or are new faces to the list. Let’s take a look at which senior quarterbacks climbed up the rankings this season.

John Glenn-Bay City | 2021 StateMI
| John Glenn | 6’3", 180
A transfer from Silverton High School in Oregon, Rieskamp became an impact player for John Glenn this season. He has a great frame for the position with a solid arm and great athleticism. He holds just one offer from Lawrence Tech, but he is a player that is deserving of other opportunities to play at the collegiate level.
James BurnleyJamesBurnley
6'2" | 185 lbs | QB
Oak Park | 2021 StateMI
| Oak Park | 6’2", 185
Burnley entered the season as an unknown, but his performance this year has caught the attention of college coaches. He displays both good accuracy and arm strength, but he also has the mobility to extend plays outside the pocket and throw on the run. He has received offers from Culver-Stockton, Lawrence Tech, Lakeland and Albion to this point.

South Lyon East | 2021 MI
| South Lyon East | 6’2", 170
Dezentz has been vital to the Cougars’ success this season and he nearly led to team to an upset playoff victory over undefeated Chelsea this season. He doesn’t have the biggest arm, but he flashes the accuracy, poise and ability to throw on the run that are needed to succeed on the college level. He holds offers from Defiance, Manchester, Albion, Knox, North Park, Mount St. Joseph and Madonna.
Ty RynbrandtTyRynbrandt

South Christian | 2021 MI
| South Christian | 6’4", 185
Rynbrandt is a big frame passer with really good pocket awareness and athleticism for the position. His size and athleticism could allow him to make a transition to another position at the next level, which only increases his value as a prospect. He holds just one offer from Hope, but I expect him to pick up some more opportunities as we get closer to signing day.
Trinidad ChamblissTrinidadChambliss
6'1" | 175 lbs | QB
Forest Hills Northern | 2021 MI
| Forest Hills Northern | 6’1", 175
Chambliss is a great athlete that has shown that he can make plays with his arm or legs. The basketball star could become a great quarterback or receiver at the next level. He holds offers from Dayton, Butler, Wayne State, Davenport, Valparaiso, Mount Union and Hope.
