The Irish graduate one of the most talented teams they’ve ever had, which is saying something considering their four state titles since 2000. It will be tough to make up for the depth, but 6-5 DE Will Haverland Will Haverland 6'5" | 220 lbs | DL Sheldon | 2024 State OR is one of the best in Oregon with 2025 standout Mana Tuioti Mana Tuioti 5'11" | 210 lbs | LB Sheldon | 2025 State OR projecting as a conference and state POY candidate. Simply put, the young guys will have to step up at the skill positions.
12.Tigard
I could see the Tigers being #7 or #8 when all is said and done if the young guys play up to their potential. Traditionally they are one of the top programs in Oregon but lose a talented and very experienced group of seniors + a legit line to graduation. If Tigard is going to make a run in the brutally tough TRL, DE/OLB Brian Smith Brian Smith 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Tigard | 2024 State OR and D1 offered DB Roman Martin Roman Martin 6'2" | 180 lbs | DB Tigard | 2024 State OR will need to play out of their mind.
13.North Medford
On paper the Black Tornado look great. They have dudes everywhere, with a line that includes D1 offered guard Terrell Kim and Oregon commit TE/DE AJ Pugliano AJ Pugliano 6'4" | 220 lbs | TE North Medford | 2024 State OR . WR Connor Cesaro is one of the best in the state at his position, but others will need to step up as the talent hasn’t translated to playoff wins in recent years.
14.South Salem
The Saxons went undefeated in conference play last year and then got trounced 48-6 by Sherwood in the first round of the playoffs. Having QB Athan Palmateer Athan Palmateer 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB South Salem | 2024 State OR back from Sprague is huge, with top skill kids all around, like rising 3* prospect Eli Johnson Eli Johnson 6'4" | 200 lbs | WR South Salem | 2024 State OR and two-way 1st team threat Parker Williams Parker Williams 5'10" | 175 lbs | DB South Salem | 2024 State OR . A lot will come down to line play and whether or not the D can stop top 6A competition. Hatimu Letisi Hatimu Letisi 6'0" | 255 lbs | DL South Salem | 2024 State OR is the real deal.
15.Nelson
Avirey Durdahl Avirey Durdahl 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB Adrienne Nelson | 2025 State OR is a D1 kid but they will need others to step up if they want to match last year’s 8-2 season. Talented two-way threat Luke Womack Luke Womack 6'4" | 195 lbs | WR Lakeridge | 2024 State OR transferred to Lakeridge, while also losing multiple seniors who put up big numbers in Max Kirsch, Jaidon Siler, and Reid Gray. With the loss of the skill kids it’s crucial to have two big men the likes of Dominic Macon Dominic Macon 6'3" | 295 lbs | DL Nelson | 2025 State OR 6-3 295 25′ and Noah Julison Noah Julison 6'3" | 290 lbs | OL Nelson | 2024 State OR 6-3 285 24′ coming back.
16.Clackamas
2025 QB Luke Baker Luke Baker 5'11" | 175 lbs | ATH Clackamas | 2025 State OR made the transfer back to his home school from Central Catholic. The Cavs always have guys, but numbers have been limited with Nelson taking some of the athletes. I would expect a year similar to last with fewer conference losses.
17.West Salem
Shawn Stanley is one of the best to ever coach in Oregon. I would expect him to have his team back in the conference title hunt with most of his top guys back from injury. QB Kaden Martirano Kaden Martirano 6'2" | 205 lbs | QB West Salem | 2025 State OR looks to be the real deal with 6-7 300-pound Oregon commit Trent Ferguson Trent Ferguson 6'7" | 300 lbs | OL West Salem | 2024 State OR leading the line up front. Experience is still lacking as they will need young guys like 2026 talent Evan Wusstig Evan Wusstig 6'0" | 175 lbs | ATH West Salem | 2026 State OR to be clutch.
18.North Salem
The Vikings played good football last year. If they actually threw the ball Pierce Walker Pierce Walker 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB North Salem | 2024 State OR might be a 1000-yard receiver, with incoming Sophomore Braxton Singleton Braxton Singleton 6'2" | 205 lbs | WR North Salem | 2026 State OR ranking as one of Oregon’s best. Look for DE Enrike Aguilar Enrike Aguilar 6'3" | 240 lbs | DL North Salem | 2025 State OR and LB Jerrik Wangler Jerrik Wangler 6'0" | 205 lbs | ATH North Salem | 2024 State OR to project as 1st team all-conference athletes. They have improved a great deal as a program.
19.South Medford
D1 offered 6-6 DE Gabe Staszak Gabe Staszak 6'6" | 270 lbs | OL South Medford | 2024 State OR and 1st team all SWC D line returner Makani Manuwai Makani Manuwai 6'0" | 250 lbs | DL South Medford | 2024 State OR will lead what should be a solid D at South. They lose the state’s fastest man to graduation in Andrew Walker but have a few of the top young athletes coming up through the ranks. They will have a chance if they step up.
20.Sunset
The Apollos struggled last year going 4-6, a few years removed from being one of the best in the state at the 6A level. Drew Nees Drew Nees 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Sunset | 2024 State OR and Blake Hurley Blake Hurley 6'2" | 205 lbs | ATH Sunset | 2024 State OR are potential 1st team all Metro kids with Peyton Parrish Peyton Parrish 6'4" | 295 lbs | OL Sunset | 2024 OR being one of the fastest rising line prospects in the state. They have a lot to prove after getting beat badly by Sprague in the first round of the consolation bracket.
