Bodey McCaslin - OT - St. Charles East

McCaslin hails out of St. Charles, measuring in at 6'5, 280. The St. Charles East product is an all-around offensive tackle. McCaslin moves extremely well. He utilizes pad level and a strong lower half to move bodies in the run game and almost always finishes the play with the defender on the ground. Perhaps his most impressive skill is his pass blocking. McCaslin showcases the ability to close space on edge rushers while delivering a heavy handed blow that stuns a defender's first move. From there, his athleticism and leverage puts McCaslin in a strong position to finish the block. It's no surprise that McCaslin is heading to the University of Iowa, as he projects to be the next staple in a long line of successful Hawkeye offensive linemen.

Joe Barna - EDGE - Wheaton North

The 6'4, 250 lb edge rusher from Wheaton shows impressive bend and polished hands that allow him to cause havoc in the backfield. Barna plays with a high motor and possesses a variety of pass rush moves that help him get after the quarterback. Barna uses an impressive bull rush in 1 on 1 situations against tight ends and running backs. When up against bigger offensive tackles - which he sees a lot of in the Dukane Conference- Barna's ability to get low while working his hands puts him in a successful position to cause havoc. He is as physical as it gets and always looks to make the extra play, which is one of the reasons Barna's film pops with forced fumbles and strip sacks. Barna is currently uncommitted but holds offers from Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri among others before heading into his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='271816' first='Jake' last='Furtney'] - TE/DE/LB - St. Charles North

Furtney is as versatile as it gets. His film is equally impressive at three different positions - tight end, defensive end, and middle linebacker. The St. Charles North product measures in at 6'5, 235 and has the size and athleticism to excel on both sides of the ball. As a tight end, Furtney is a solid route runner who showcases soft hands and the ability to make defenders miss in the open field. He is a physical blocker who punishes defenders in the run game. On the defensive side of the ball, Furtney plays strong in the run game by using leverage and technique to dominate offensive tackles. The same physicality that he shows as a blocker at tight end translates to his play at both defensive end and linebacker. He is a strong tackler in the open field and has plus instincts that allow him to make plays in the backfield. Furtney also excels on the basketball court.

[player_tooltip player_id='271802' first='Ryan' last='Boe'] - QB - Batavia

Boe stands at 6'3 and weighs 200 pounds. The Batavia quarterback has started the last 2 seasons for one of the state's top programs. Boe is a dual threat QB who is equally as dangerous with his legs as he is his arm. He boasts impressive deep ball accuracy that compliments his strong arm. Boe is also one of the fastest players on the field, excelling at scrambling and designed quarterback runs. Boe appears to be comfortable in the pocket, allowing plays to develop down field and scrambling when necessary. His ability to make touch throws on the run is one of his biggest assets. As he heads into his senior season for the Bulldogs, Boe is one of the top QB's in the state of Illinois.

Armand Voloder - OL - Lake Park

The Itasca native measures in at 6'4, 275. Voloder is also a wrestler, which is evident in his film. The 2024 guard uses his strong lower half and impressive body control to punish defensive linemen. He has a nastiness to his game, often pancaking defenders in the run game while taking the phrase “pass protection is not passive” to a whole new level. Voloder is a finisher and showcases his ability to play physical on combo blocks, win one-on-ones in pass pro, and create paths for his RB in the running game. Voloder projects as a guard at the next level, but also has some film at tackle.
