Friday’s Film Session

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Yall know everybody Friday we roll out the tape. These are the times where we find new players. We will also throw out a session of guys who are already known. Having good film is shows your ability. Anybody can talk a good game, but does the film back it up?</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='401187' first='Cooper' last='Powell'], Cabot (AR), RB, 2026</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This young man has some nice size. He runs the football well. Powell has good vision with some nice moves. He had 25 TDs last season. He also had over 1000 yards. His coaches and offensive linemen did a great job of helping him be successful. He is a patient runner who took advantage of his OL abilities. Remember his name. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Lebron Edmond, 2024, DT, Murrah</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This young man is very violent. He rips away from offensive linemen on his way to attack the ball carrier. He has a lot of strength and good size. Edmond is around 6-3 285. Edmond has long arms with good feet. When you watch his film you can see how violent he is with his hands. I think he will see himself get some division one offers soon.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='616686' first='Ashton' last='Fair'], Terry, ATH, 2024</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fair is a big boy that can move. He is a guy that has a lot of talent. I'm very impressed with his aggression when he runs the football. I can tell that he has some decent speed. When he runs the football, he can make the right cuts to get more yards. He has been getting interest from division one schools for tight end and linebacker. I think he would make a very nice TE on the next level. His size and speed is impressive. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Dee Burnside, ATH, 2024, Philadelphia </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When I watched his film all I saw was speed. He has a very quick release at receiver. He can be a guy that helps out on special teams. Burnside could also be a guy that plays cornerback. He has good hips, and he changes directions very well. Burnside is a nice athlete who has a lot of talent. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>William Echoles, 2024, OL, Houston</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Echoles is a very disciplined offensive lineman. To add on to that, he is strong and aggressive. He is also patient with his hands. After a great camp circuit last summer and an impressive season, Echoles has seen his stock rise. He recently received and offer from Missouri. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
