There are so many positions that continue to step up in the state of Florida, but none more than the receivers. It has long been that way – and as we have stated in the past, it doesn’t look like it will be changing soon. As we travel across the state of Florida, we see some elite football talent – at all positions. Even though the Cougars are not participating in the state playoffs, there are the No. 1 seed in the Tri-County (south Florida teams) playoffs (1A-6A).
