Another kid who should have received more interest in his recruitment is Foley. The frame and catch radius are a problem for any defensive back, but when you combine that with his route running and his burst in and out of his breaks, he should have been a high-power 4 prospect. The Cougars are not complaining, though, as Foley should become a big-time player for them.
