Wallace racked up a monster 27 touchdowns last season, showing all types of lethal skills with the ball in his hands. Wallace rushed for 1223 and 24 TD’s, his other few touchdowns are pick sixes and a receiving TD. Domaine runs with power, speed, and vision, he’s a downhill running back who keeps his feet moving until a defender forcefully puts him on the turf.
Steven Robinson
Steven Robinson
Robinson was a beast out of the backfield for Joppatowne. He shows homerun speed, explosiveness, and is very elusive in the open field. Don’t limit him to a scat back though, he plays with aggression when he meets contact and breaks tackles. Last season the 210lb back put up 31 total touchdowns and rushed for 1824 yards. He accumulated this boatload of TDs in the run game and with a variety of screens where he really put his vision and elusiveness on display. Robinson will sharpen his skills even further at Coffeeville CC in Kansas.
Chris Rawlings
Chris Rawlings
Rawlings is a downright play maker and a very versatile athlete; he played running back for the pumas this past season. Previously he played DB and some running back at WCAC power St. Johns before transferring to Wise. This past season he accumulated 21 touchdowns and 1297 yards rushing. I’ve had the opportunity to watch Rawlings paly on the 7on7 circuit and he’s a good receiver out of the backfield and can create separation with his routes.
Leuma got into the endzone passing 30 times and rushing 20 times this past season setting a MPSSAA record. He has breakaway speed and can throw on the run. From the pocket he’s accurate and puts the ball in the best spot for his receivers.
Highlights
Howard scored a total of 18 touchdowns, 15 rushing and 3 receiving touchdowns. The 5’9 200lb junior is an aggressive ball carrier but also runs through traffic with fluidity, he runs through arm tackles and over timid tacklers. Keep an eye out for Howard this upcoming season.
