An impressive two-way athlete from Atlanta, this is a name that will sound familiar. Son of former Notre Dame and Pittsburgh Steeler running back Jerome Bettis Jerome Bettis 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Woodward Academy | 2025 State GA , Bettis Jr is a reliable pass-catcher with quickness and strong hands. Now playing at Woodward Academy, look for the sophomore athlete to see more opportunities to show his talent and make a lot of plays next fall as a junior. The 6-foot-3 190-pounder earned his own offer from the Irish this week, and that’s something he’ll remember forever. Bettis Jr. is bound for a big junior season and has a chance to see more offers come his way sooner than later. This has to be a major offer for him, and he certainly has thee talent to play at his father’s alma mater down the road.
Ryan Ghea Ryan Ghea 6'5" | 220 lbs | TE Milton | 2025 State GA – TE – Milton
One of the top TE prospects in Georgia right now, Ghea continues to see his recruitment take off, and he’s one of multiple prospects in the peach-state to see an offer from Notre Dame come his way. A big target with ease D1 size already at 6-foot-5 230-pounds, Ghea can do everything asked of him at Milton. He’s a tough, physical blocker in the run game, and he’s a reliable weapon in the passing game due to his size and soft hands. He’s consistently one of the better players on the field already and still has two more years to continue improving. He’s a pass-catching tight end who can block, and already has a very impressive offer list. Now, he has an offer from the Fighting Irish.
Zayden Walker Zayden Walker 6'3" | 220 lbs | LB Schley County | 2025 State GA – ATH – Schley County
One of the top 2025 prospects in the country, Walker is a small-town linebacker and running back with 5-star potential. Thee 6-foot-3 220-pounder can play anywhere in the country at the next level, and now he has a chance to play for the might Notre Dame Fighting Irish. A tough, physical linebacker, Walker is a tremendous athlete and consistently one of the best players on the field. His speed, toughness, and ability to make a big tackle is why many have him as a major linebacker target in the 2025 class. Ranked as the No. 3 prospect in Georgia for the 2025 class, Walker is as good as it gets in Middle to South Georgia. He’s an elite prospect who will only get better over the next two seasons at Schley County.
Ousmane Kromah Ousmane Kromah 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB Lee County | 2025 State GA – RB – Lee County
One of the top 2025 running backs across the country, Kromah has had a fantastic first two years of high school, running wild through defenses on a consistent basis. After a phenomenal freshman season in 2021, the Leesburg native was tough to stop once again as a sophomore last year, rushing 181 times for 1,504 yards and an eye-opening 20 touchdowns. He has speed, power, and breaks tackles with ease. A physical back with plenty of size at 5-foot-11 180-pounds, it’s hard to find a better 2025 running back in Georgia right now. He has an impressive offer list already, and now he has an offer from the Fighting Irish. Look for the Lee County star to be one of the state’s leading rushers as a junior in 2023.
Devin Williams Devin Williams 5'10" | 165 lbs | DB Buford | 2025 State GA – DB – Buford
One of the fastest-rising 2025 DBs in Georgia, Williams is a playmaking defensive back for the powerful Buford Wolves who now comes in at No. 19 in the state for the 2025 class. An instinctive, quick-reacting defensive back, playing for one of the top programs in Georgia, Williams made a big impact on a loaded defense last year as a sophomore. The 5-foot-10 165-pounder is tough, instinctive, and shows off a great vertical, allowing him to cover bigger, longer receivers on the outside. Williams loves locking down his side of the field and went to-to-toe with some excellent receivers in 7A all season long. He has easy D1 talent, and not he holds an offer from Notre Dame.
