Dunnellon has once again taken the spotlight in 2020 – coming up with huge wins with big time athletes stepping up.

While this season was tough on just about everyone in the state of Florida – when it came to getting ready for the 2020 high school football season, Dunnellon has found a way to remain focused and consistent – with very little fanfare.
Here is a program that has shown it belongs with the very best over the past few years – and even though there was no spring or summer workouts or practices – and no college camps and combines – this is a team that managed to have a very solid season.
With a number of quality prospects, the Tigers continue to do positive things and grow as a team. A playoff team that has the attention of some of Florida’s football powers.
HOW THEY GOT TO 7-0
The Tigers’ path this season began with a win over Lake Weir (53-0), Belleview (48-8), North Marion (32-8), Ocala Vanguard (30-28), Ocala Forest (10-7), Ocala West Port (35-0) and on Friday in the playoffs against Gainesville Eastside, 50-0.
The Tigers move on this Friday to play Citra North Marion, a team they beat earlier this season.
