[player_tooltip player_id='680394' first='Brayden' last='Clark'] - Northridge - QB - 6'3" 185lbs

Clark is a dual-threat Quarterback who is able to stress a defense with his legs as much as with his arm. He's a fantastic athlete who can sense pressure and will take off. He's got the speed to get the corner and with his long frame, takes long strides just eating up grass. When he extends plays by going East/West he keeps his eyes downfield and tries to find someone coming open. I think his drop-back and footwork need some cleaning up, but he's been at camps and training this offseason to make those improvements. He had a season last year with some ups and downs, but the flash was rather exciting. Having your QB be as good of an athlete as Clark is, can only help boost the morale of guys around him when they need a play. Clark primarily played JV last year, but should be set to come in and start next fall and show what he's capable of.

Twitter: @BClark2024

[player_tooltip player_id='612825' first='Cohen' last='lantz'] - Northridge - OL/DL - 6'4" 265lbs

Lantz has incredible length that allows him to get first reach and contact just about every time he lines up on a football field. With his length and frame, he's playing LT, and for good reason. I imagine at the collegiate level, that's where he'll be. He's off the ball rather quickly and has no issue bending. He's far from stiff and is able to get in and out of pass sets with ease as well. I do think he could use some development on the upper-body in the weight room. He can also get beat to the inside so that'll be something he addresses, but with everything else he's got going for him, it's hard not to be excited overall. Your job as a coach is to coach up the small things and work with the young man to build him up on and off the field. Build up Cohen the right way, and you've got a mobile 6'4" wall with a mean streak who loves to work.

Twitter: @LantzCohen

[player_tooltip player_id='602891' first='Devaughn' last='Perkins'] - Cathedral - DL - 6'3" 290lbs

Perkins is a rare breed in today's day in age. His 6'3" frame is legit from head to toe. Thick, well built, and you can tell he hits the weight room often. He's as authentic of an interior defensive lineman that you'll come across at any level. He's able to move outside, but I really don't think that's the best place for him because he's a run stopper. He's able to clog multiple gaps at once and force a double team from time to time. He's not a stat sheet monster by any means, but he's one of those guys who makes impactful plays. Rushing the QB and forcing a wild throw, throwaway, etc. He's the kind of player who you really like as a DB because while it may not show up in the box score, he's making your life just a little bit easier. Perkins could easily come out next year and put himself on the map as one of the top DTs in the state.

Twitter: @DevaughnP9

[player_tooltip player_id='541913' first='Sam' last='Feeney'] - Bishop Chatard - LB/DB - 6'2" 195lbs

Feeney is an incredibly explosive athlete who is simply great around the LOS. He's not only got great snap timing, but he's also got an explosive first step that allows him to bypass the lineman sometimes. He's not only able to cover the entire field, but we know can outrun it all while playing in the backend of the defense. His strip sack fumble return of just under 65-yards where he got up to 20MPH was quite impressive because he was pulling away from the rest of the field rather than them catching up to him. When he's at LB, he reads his keys, is able to force guys back inside, can make the open field tackle, and run down any ball carrier who gets by any of his teammates. Heck, he's even lined up at Safety where he's covered halves of fields. A 6'2" 195lbs recruit who can run with the best of the best, lineup anywhere, make big plays wherever he goes, and who leads by example seems like a great person to bring in for a visit if you ask me. Don't miss out on Feeney because someone will find him and be over the moon that this dude was walking around in Indiana without a trace beforehand.

Twitter: @SammyFeeney10

[player_tooltip player_id='539950' first='Emmitt' last='Gogel'] - Heritage Hills - OL/DL - 6'5" 320lbs

Gogel is someone who stood out to me a few months back at the camp in December. There, he looked good and checked a ton of boxes. Today, checking out his tape, you get the same player. He's consistent, bends well, and can play on either side of the ball. Defensively, he's able to play the interior and plug the run as well as make the QB feel pressure. However, I think offense is his calling and why he'll likely be recruited as such. He's got phenomenal length and can easily set up pass block with fairly decent lower body strength. The upper-body is still progressing, but it's progressing because Gogel is a lifting machine. He was just a part of the championship winning weightlifting team this past weekend down at South Spencer HS. Gogel is also fairly bright and quick witted. Striving to be a future engineer, he has his goals set both on and off the field. Gogel is a really good prospect that could end up being a starter down the road wherever he ends up that isn't getting nearly enough looks, yet.

Twitter: @Emmitt_Gogel
