He plays with his hair on fire and is physical at the point of attack using his wrestling background to bring down ball carriers violently. Hageman is a backer with a lot of speed that can cover sideline to sideline. When his number is called on a blitz he uses his hand quickness to beat blocks and lay a hit on the QB. He is not all speed, he has a lot of power behind his hits and can stand ball carriers up and driving them into the dirt. He has good vision and doesn’t get stuck in the wash, being able to find the hole and fill it quickly.
