Kruze is another 2026 quarterback that fit the 6’0 and under mold for gunslingers in North Dakota, as yet another small school prospect that is under the radar. The 6’0 150 is one that I want to see how much quicker his release has gotten since last fall as I liked last fall’s speedy release, but I feel felt there was wiggle room to make it quicker from an upside perspective. Another area of development I’ll be looking at this fall from Kruze, will come thru with his touch throws. He evidently shows off the arm strength to appeal next level suitors, but just needs to develop less air time on his deep balls from a touch perspective. I thought he grew a ton from his sophomore to his junior year with his ball placement as Kruze also seems like a passer that stays in the pocket, but has more out of pocket speed that we hope to see open up in his senior season. No offers yet.
