He is a 6-foot-4 frame, which is remarkable, and nothing short of that. Payne isn’t ranked by our rankings team, but he will look to find his way into the rankings. Payne is one of the better players when it comes to throwing outside the numbers. He is a phenomenal athlete, and he will only get better. This will be a huge chance to watch the gifted athlete.
