However, in this report we focus in on top recruits who are projected to be Div 1 recruits as they head into their senior season in 2023. This report includes a short analysis of each player’s skill set and an updated highlight video, if available.
Davion Kerr Davion Kerr 6’1″ | 180 lbs | ATH St Thomas Moore | 2025 New E is 6’1″ 180lbs who was positioned as a WR for his team this past season. He played in 13 games this season and had 38 receptions for a total of 799 yards. He also had 12 carries for 111 yards. He contributed on the defense side of the ball with 55 solo tackles and 15 assisted tackles for a total of 70 tackles and 2.5 sacks. Has a twin brother Davien Kerr on the same team who is also another good athlete.
When viewing his film, one can easily see how he has earned the interest from Div 1 College coaches. He has a nice lean athletic frame. He is a smooth runner that has excellent body control and balance. His hands are solid and reliable. His relentless effort for YAC is impressive. He and his twin brother Davien, were recently offered by UMass. He is a projected Div 1 athlete who will have many more opportunities before said and done.

Chris Colby Chris Colby 6’3″ | 210 lbs | WR Pingree | 2024 State New E is 6’3″, 210lbs and was positioned as a wide receiver for his team this past season. He had 26 receptions for 730 yards and 11 touchdowns this past season. His lean athletic muscular frame pops on film along with his 4.6 speed.
His rout running abilities are special. He knows how to find the soft spot in zone coverages or get seperation when being covered man to man. His balance and body control are excellent. He checks many performance boxes such as hands and catching ability, play speed and tempo, toughness and competitiveness, ability to separate, dependability, and playmaking ability. I have him projected has a D1 recruit that will see his recruitment increase soon.

Jayden Deltorchio Jayden Deltorchio 6’5″ | 220 lbs | ATH Pingree | 2024 State New E is 6’5″ 220lbs who was positioned as a Tight end and linebacker for his team this season. In 2021, he earned: 1st Team ALL-NEPSAC // 1st Team Evergreen League All-Conference // Salem News All-Star // Boston Herald League All star // Boston Globe All-Star honors. In 2022, he earned 2022: Evergreen League All-Confeence Honorable Mention // Salen News All-Star Honorable Mention honors.
His slim athletic muscular frame stands out. He has a recorded 40 yrd speed 4.7 and his quickness and speed shows in his film. He has solid hands and will go up to get the ball at the highest point with good body control and balance. He is a large target for any qb. On defense, he flies around with physical play whipping ball carriers to the ground. HIs body has length and he uses it well. He is physical, aggressive and reacts quickly to run support. His athletic skill set allows any team to use him where he can help their team win. He is a projected Div 1 recruit after all said and done.

Matty Augustine Matty Augustine 6’7″ | 290 lbs | OL Brunswick School | 2025 State New E is 6’7″ 260lbs who is positioned as an offensive lineman for his team. He is a legit big man who has been playing football for only two years now. His 2022 season play earned him NORTHEAST PREP FB CON: ALL-LEAGUE 2nd Team honors.
His film easily confirms why he is a projected Div 1 recruit who already holds offers from Penn and Umass. His high school coach says; “Matty is a true ‘24 OT that’s all of 6’7 255lbs & is a multi-sport athlete w/ hoops. He plays THROUGH the echo of the whistle, high FB Iq, extremely coachable & never makes the same mistake twice. His future is extremely bright! “
One obvious trait observed in his film is his ability to sustain his blocks for long period of time and drive defenders backwards while doing so. He is a special talent that many additional coaches will soon be looking into and going to visit. He should have a nice spring and summer camp season with additional offers. A Div 1 projected recruit.
Christian Zamore is 6’2″ 195lbs and was positioned as a defensive back for his team this past season. He is coming off a seaoson where he had 3 receiving touchdowns and 1 rushing touchdown on offense and also had an interception, strip sack and fumble recovery on defense. His season play earned him all Greater Boston League All Star honors.
In 2020 his freshman season, Zamore was selected and played in the Adidas Freshman All-American Bowl which is known to be one of the premier bowl games for the top rising Freshman in the nation. In June 2021, He earned his first Div 1 offer from Boston College and recently committed to Boston College.
During his junior season in 2022, he continued to perform at a high level. His film shows elite quickness with a initial burst that is impressive. Playing safety, he will come down and cause havoc to the opponents backfield. His strength in his lower body is excellent. It allows him to use very good leverage to move his blocker and still make the play. His speed allows him to cover a lot of ground sideline to sideline. His field awareness is excellent. He will soon see a increase of college coaches coming on board in hopes of flipping his commitment. He is a projected Div 1 recruit.
