There are a few guys that we can introduce you all to this year. We are going to start out with some skilled positions, and then go on to the trenches. Let’s check it out.
Dorian Barney Dorian Barney 5'11" | 140 lbs | DB State GA – DB – 6’1″ – Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy / @1dorianbarney
Barney long strides and speed allow him to carry vertical routes and avoid being stacked. He’s fast enough to stick with receivers. Barney has high hips, but they’re fluid and allow him to flip in transition with little to no hesitation. The freshman reads the quarterback’s eyes to undercut routes and is instinctive when he has eyes on the quarterback.
Tristan Lester Tristan Lester 5'11" | 165 lbs | ATH Milton Highschool | 2026 GA – DB – 5’11” – Fellowship Christian HS
Lester has so much potential, as a freshman his feet are so quick and light, and that paired with the balance he plays with keep him prepared to spring into action once he diagnoses the route. His eyes are tied to his feet, and it takes very little time for his feet to get the message. Also, Lester ability to quickly accelerate to full speed mixed with awareness makes him dangerous, whether in zone or off coverage.
