Hagans is a DB with good size at 5'11, we already witnessed his ball skills in 2021, this season he added some physicality to his arsenal stepping up in the run game. He delivers some explosive hits across the middle and around the line of scrimmage. Offensively he has breakaway speed and great ball skills, while also having the weapons in his toolbox to line up in the back field. During last off season I watched Harris-Goff tear up the 7on7 circuit with Lab7v7. He played receiver, making high flying catches and clutch plays, and DB showing aggression and tough man to man coverage. Josh plays with a chip on his shoulder and that carried over into the season. This past season Josh really tapped into his receiving skills, playing part in that dangerous Roosevelt passing game. He was a big play threat down field, he even scored while being double covered. Josh still gets to use the aggression he played with on defense in his run blocking. He consistently blocks defenders down field and even has a couple pancakes on his resume. He does a good job of stemming his routes to keep DBs guessing. Riley also has knack for sneaking across the middle of the field and sitting in the open window for his QB. While not being the biggest receiver he still shows some contested catch skills on deep passes.
