Anthony has great speed and concentration to make any catch on the field. He’s also a great deep threat and has proved multiple times that he’s the best wide receiver in the state with highlight real catches and plucking the ball out of the air between 3 or 4 defenders on multiple occasions. Look for Anthony to have a big year being the head of his receiving core and having a big year.

Brandon has great hands and can take it from anywhere on the field. He had over 1000 all purpose yards as a junior and has proven that he is a top receiver in the state. He has great hands, agility and a quick burst that helps him evade defenders. His balance and upper body strength are underrated as he usually runs through arm tackles as well. Look for Brandon to have a big year for Bluefield.
[player_tooltip player_id="58679" first="KJ" last="Taylor"]: 5’10 160 Capital High School 2021 WR
Hudl: https://www.hudl.com/profile/10293644/KJ-Taylor
[player_tooltip player_id="58679" first="KJ" last="Taylor"] is another guy who can pretty much do it all. He’s a fantastic receiver and has great quickness and agility and takes advantage of defenders with his elusiveness and balance. You can give him the ball in open space and he can take it the distance. His route running is very good and he should have a big year this year with his quarterback gaining a year under his belt.
[player_tooltip player_id="58762" first="Chase" last="Hager"]: 5’9 165 Hurricane High School 2022 WR
Hudl: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11141972/Chase-Hager
Chase has great hands and pretty much can produce in every way. His route running is great and his vision when running the ball and evading defenders reminds me of a running back going out and playing receiver. He’s a tough runner and won’t go down on first contact even for being a smaller receiver. Look for Chase to have a big junior year and solidify himself in the state for the next few years as one of the best wide receivers in the state.
[player_tooltip player_id="58687" first="Ethan" last="Parsons"]: 6’4 170 Princeton High School 2021 WR
Hudl: https://www.hudl.com/profile/9627150/Ethan-Parsons
Ethan has great size and length to be a big body receiver. He has great ball skills and is a great jump ball threat. It seems like corners underestimate his speed as well and it gives him the opportunity to capitalize and win those deep throws and 50/50 jump balls. Look for Ethan to have a monster year with not many corners being able to guard him because of his height and jump ball skills.
