Marcus Fullbright 6-1 190 RB Santiam Christian 21’- Oregon’s 3A Co Offensive POY. Fullbright looked like a man amongst boys for a majority of the season. From a recruiting standpoint his dominance against small school competition is expected, with his versatility and size/speed 4.56 being two important attributes.

Noah Niblett 6-0 180 DB/ATH Marshfield 21’- One of the only underclassmen to earn 1st or 2nd team all-state 4A accolades. Niblett made 36 tackles, with 2 INTs and 5 pass deflections on the year. Offensively his versatility was on display as well accounting for 915 all-purpose yards and 5 TDs

Tobias Powers 5-10 190 RB Hidden Valley 21’- Powers earned 1st team all-state honors after a monster 2019 season that saw him accumulate 1700 yards on the ground and 23 TD’s, averaging double digit yards per carry (10). Not a lot of people know about the 2* recruit but he is legit.
