To wrap up our top five defensive linemen in the class of 2025 in the state of Kentucky, I have Hunter Clem Hunter Clem 6'5" | 240 lbs | DL Harlan | 2025 State KY . After starting his career as mainly an offensive tackle, Clem has started focusing on the defensive side of the ball where he has impressed at defensive end. He plays with a ton of physicality, showing the ability to stack and shed blocks quickly, then using his speed to get to the ball carrier in a hurry to make tackles against the run. Clem finished this past season with 34 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss in 10 games. He also showed the ability to explode out of his stance and bull rush his way to the quarterback, finishing this past season with one sack and several quarterback hurries. Clem also played a role on offense as a tight end, catching one touchdown pass. Hunter currently holds an offer from Union College and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play at the next level.

Hunter Clem Hunter Clem 6'5" | 240 lbs | DL Harlan | 2025 State KY is a player that has been high on our radar for a while now. After playing on both sides of the line last season, Clem will be playing on the defensive line and tight end, with his main focus likely being on defense. Clem lines up at defensive end where he is a very impressive run stopper. He does a great job of exploding out of his stance and shedding blocks quickly to get to the ball carrier. Once he gets to the football, Clem is a very reliable open field tackler. Hunter is also an impressive pass rusher, showing the ability to use his speed to blow by opposing offensive tackles off the edge while also showing the strength to fight through blocks on his way to the quarterback. Clem currently holds an offer from Union and I expect more to come his way as he definitely has the talent to play at the next level.

Rounding out our top five offensive linemen in the class of 2025 is Harlan’s Hunter Clem Hunter Clem 6'5" | 240 lbs | DL Harlan | 2025 State KY .  Clem is a strong, physical left tackle that is truly dominant in the run game. He explodes out of his stance and drives his man several yards down the field. Clem has also shown the ability to get to the second level and destroy any defender in his path. He has also shown the ability to pull from the tackle spot and serve as a lead blocker. Hunter hasn’t received any official offers yet but he should be on the radar of more college programs as he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.

An underclassman offensive lineman that has stood out to me this season is sophomore Hunter Clem Hunter Clem 6'5" | 240 lbs | DL Harlan | 2025 State KY from Harlan. Clem is a big, physical left tackle that is an absolute force in the run game. He explodes out of his stance and drives right through the opposing defensive linemen, driving them down the field through the whistle. Clem has also shown the ability to get to the second level and destroy anything in his path in the open field. He is also very reliable when asked to pull from the tackle spot and serve as a lead blocker. Hunter doesn’t hold any offers yet but I expect his recruitment to heat up over the next couple seasons as I believe he could become a Division I caliber prospect.
