Anyone who reads my write ups and evaluations over time knows how high I am on Zack Parker Zack Parker 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB Cherokee | 2029 State GA . I have been a big voice for Parker since he was in middle school and rightfully so. Parker is a special talent at the quarterback position and is a guy who has an extremely high IQ of the game, and you can see it in his game play. He is a team guy who involves his teammates in more than one way and he galvanizes his troops and gives his team a chance to win every time he is behind center.

Zack Parker Zack Parker 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB Cherokee | 2029 State GA is an outstanding talent at the quarterback position, and this is something I have known for a long time now since I have covered Parker since his middle school days. I have watched him up close in person and of course on film, he’s spectacular and nothing he does comes to a surprise to me although they are very impressive. His dynamic ability to stand in the pocket, scan the field and deliver a timely ball to his target, the ability to escape when need be and what’s really impressive is how Parker is able to maneuver in the pocket or outside of it and keep his eyes down field and still making the throw. Look for a special 2026 season from him.

Recruitment: Parker was most recently at the University of Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt University and Nebraska. He had a recent visit to Georgia and will be visiting Penn State, Virgina, Virgina Tech, Tennessee, Ohio State and Kentucky all in the month of April.

Parker currently holds five D1 offers as a freshman, now a rising sophomore. Those offers include, Tulane, Syracuse, UAB, Memphis and Kentucky.

One of the most talented arms in the Country regardless of class, state and or anything else you want to mention. Zack Parker Zack Parker 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB Cherokee | 2029 State GA has unbelievable arm talent and athleticism to go along with it. However, his pocket presence and how he uses his feet and awareness is next level. Parker stepped in last year as a freshman and a guy who learned the playbook in no time, showing a level of maturity that was impressive. He’s going to have a massive season in 2026.

Zack Parker Zack Parker 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB Cherokee | 2029 State GA is a ball player. Say what you want, but he is a ridiculously talented athlete with a lot of great throwing traits in his pocket. He is growing in size, which was the initial concern. If he can continue to do that he will be a college quarterback without a doubt. Parker has been playing as a young player already, and he will only grow within the system with more reps and deeper connections to his teammates.

Parker showcased elite arm talent for his age and proved he could go throw-for-throw with anyone in attendance, regardless of class. His live arm allowed him to consistently push the ball with pace, driving passes into tight windows without hesitation. He was wheeling and dealing throughout the day, showing command of the offense and comfort working through progressions.

What separates Parker is the variety in his toolbox. He can win with touch when layering throws over coverage or add zip to exploit leverage. His three-level accuracy stood out — attacking short, intermediate, and deep areas with confidence. The deep ball, in particular, highlighted his plus arm strength and ability to stretch defenses vertically.

Zack Parker Zack Parker 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB Cherokee | 2029 State GA is certainly one of my favorite quarterbacks to cover. I have covered Parker since his middle school days, and he’s always impressed me with his game. Parker has elite arm talent, he’s got elite scrambling ability, and he can run as good as any in the state when he has to. He’s a pass first guy but can hurt a defense in more ways than one. My favorite thing about Parker’s game is his unorthodox playing style, being able to throw from many different angles, which not all quarterbacks can do in high school. His ability to extend plays, scrambling and keeping his eyes down field and delivering a strike to his targets. He’s got a huge year ahead of him in the 2026 season. Currently holds several offers.

There is a reason why Parker is one of the top players in the state at the quarterback position. He had a heck of a season and is someone who has already started to become a top name in the recruiting scene. Many college coaches have already started to visit with him, and he has been able to take many recruiting trips as well. Parker has become one of the better names in the state as a gunslinger, but there are some things schools may wait on. This includes his size, which will be a major factor in how his recruitment goes, but at this rate, if he sniffs 6’0, he will be attending a very good school.

Super excited to see Zack Parker Zack Parker 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB Cherokee | 2029 State GA come out to the Prep Redzone Winter Showcase not only because he is one of the most talented quarterbacks in all of the Nation but how he prepares and how he showcases his talents once he’s in competition. The big thing I want coaches, scouts and just anyone to see in general, is the arm talent of Parker. The extremely quick release and the ability to throw the ball from different angles. Not many quarterbacks especially at his age is doing what he’s able to do at the level he is doing it. Parker is extremely athletic and can use his wheels but it’s the arm talent I want everyone to see come January 24th. I have covered Parker throughout his middle school days as a three-time state champion and of course covered him as a freshman as he burst onto the scene.
