Both Lawrence Academy and Milton Academy have an array of recruits and are amongst some of the top players within the ISL. The game was played on 10/1/2022 with Lawrence Academy defeating Milton Academy by a score of 40- 18.
“Mobley shows good athleticism. He can goes up to high top the ball with solid hands. He is quick after the catch and can make defenders miss. His speed just pops when running in open field. Has good arm length. A projected D1 recruit.
Hatfield versatility was in full display. He had 21 rushes for 163 yards and a score, while adding six catches for 53 yards and a receiving touchdown. At the RB position, he is illusive in space. He can cut on the dime. He runs hard and is patient in locating the hole. His hand skills were shown in this game. He can change direction to avoid being tackled. Finishes his runs.
Highlights
“Landolfi” Brought his magic to the ISL this weekend and didn’t disappoint. In fact he gained even more respect from many coaches after his performance this weekend. Landolfi wound up 17 of 24 passing for 224 yards with four touchdowns and an interception, tacking on 73 rushing yards on seven attempts He is a sure fire recruit who resembles “Doug Flutie qb” type play. Making his first year Prep Level performance look easy, his talents are exciting and worth the price of admission. An athletic QB that can hurt a defense in the air or on the ground. He can shift gears in a hurry. Has excellent vision downfield while on the run. A tough-minded QB who wants to win. Makes good pre-snap defensive reads.
Highlights
“Schuster” had a good game ringing in a nice interception from his linebacker position. He brings two skills to the table for any school at the next level. He is a very good “long snapper” who can get downfield quickly after the snap to make a play. He uses his hands really well in open field to shed blockers. At LB he is good at plugging gaps and has very good tackling technique. He plays to the whistle each time and shows very much aggression.
“Holtschlag” is committed to Georgetown University. He went 12/14, for 203 yards, and one interception on the day. He was accurate with his throws downfield. His legs were on full display as he does a great job in RPO. He takes his time while reading defenses properly before his decsiion to give or pull in RPO.
