They dropped their first two games of the season, but have rebounded, and look like the squad we've all come to know over the years. Reads quarterbacks like a book and recognizes routes with ease. He flies downfield against the run like a heat-sinking missile, can slide over and cover the slot, and man up versus running backs out of the backfield. Lit up the stat sheet as a junior, and has only gotten better this season. He puts spying linebackers on roller skates when he decides to run with it and shows very nice arm strength and touch on deep balls. He's quick-footed; loves to get out in space and work his way to the second level. He fires off the ball and gets a nice push in the ground game. Not very much film of him pass setting. He has a wicked first step, keeps his pads low, and uses his hands effectively to blow by guards. Does a really nice job with backside pursuit and has a motor that never stops.
