Week 4: Top QB Performances

I am listing the players who's stat line stood out, who people recommended but most importantly, ONLY players who either I watched live or was able to watch highlights from their specific game. Week 4 against Freeman HS, he continued to make throws that not many others could make. He sits in the pocket well, but is able to scramble outside and throw the ball deep accurately. He hits his receivers extremely well in stride, allowing them to gain big yardage. Kole finished the game 19/33 with 250 yards passing and 5 touchdowns. Cassel has had a phenomenal start to his season, having over 1,500 yards passing already. His coaches trust him to throw the ball often and the senior doesn't disappoint. Week 4 against Clarkston HS, Skyler went 31/46 with 460 yards passing and 3 touchdowns. He made back shoulder throws look easy, but the placement he was executing was perfect, which is hard to do. With a freshman starting at quarterback, people have been waiting to see what he can do. Week 4 was his breakout game, to me. Against Stadium HS, he finished with 247 yards passing and 6 touchdowns on the night. He showed the ability to be patient in the pocket, making sure he hit the open receiver. During Ridgefield's week 4 game against Hudson's Bay HS, his throws were clicking all night. He lofted a beautiful ball and landed in his receiver's hands right on stride for the easy touchdown. Logan isn't afraid to absorb hits, but he makes accurate throws while doing so. His throw power is one of the best in the class, as he throws darts in-between defenders with ease. He is continuing to have great games and leading Zillah to some tough W's. Starting as a sophomore, he's showed the ability to be a solid quarterback in the state. Against Wahluke HS, Salme went 17/28 with 389 yards and 6 touchdowns. He was spot on all night, hitting his receivers consistently. He can make plays with his feet too, so teams have to watch his running ability.
