55. Aaron Hall Aaron Hall 6'4" | 220 lbs | DL Southern Durham | 2021 State NC , 6’4 220, Edge, Southern Durham
Hall is a talented two-way player whose future likely lies on the defensive line. He displays excellent lateral quickness as both a receiver and defensive end and it’s his size off the edge that can give teams fits. He’s athletic enough to thrive in the ACC where he’ll attend Duke next year.
54. Brandon Johnson, 5’10 170, DB, Newton Conover
Another Duke commit, Johnson is a talented and technically sound defensive back. He’s got everything an ACC defensive back needs to succeed. As another Division 1 coach who was recruiting him told me, he’s fast, physical, has good ball skills and he’s coachable. Johnson is a perfect fit in Duke’s system.
53. Jesiah Davis Jesiah Davis 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Providence Day | 2021 NC , 6’2 175, WR, Hough
Davis transferred into Hough where he will anchor a deep receiver group. With one of the top quarterbacks in the state, Davis will have the opportunity to put up big numbers. He’s a polished route runner with good speed and size. He’s an all-around talented receiver and Virginia will be excited to have him next season.
52. Langston Long Langston Long 6'3" | 210 lbs | DB Christ School | 2021 State NC , 6’3 210, LB/DB, Christ School
Long is an athletic two-way athlete that transferred down from Virginia. He’s best suited at safety where he’s known for being a big hitter. He’s got the speed to cover sideline to sideline and the size to match up with receivers, tight ends or running backs. He’s another Virginia commit, the fourth ACC guy in this group.
51. Charlie Browder Charlie Browder 6'7" | 235 lbs | TE Christ School | 2021 NC , 6’7 235, TE, Christ School
Browder is one of the most physically impressive players in the country, using every bit of his 6-foot-7 frame to high-point the football over defenders. He’s a matchup nightmare because of his size and speed combination, but he’s also a gifted blocker and route runner. The Central Florida commit is obviously a quarterback’s dream in the red zone and the fact that he knows how to utilize his height really helps.
