The big-framed signal caller has a quick delivery, has good processing speed, throws with good velocity, and has good ball placement and keeps it out of harm’s way. Chapman is poised to take Roy to the postseason this year.

Chapman is another Rocky quarterback that has had a good summer. Really showed the ability to get the ball out of his hand with great timing and anticipation. Calm feet in the pocket that doesn’t get sped up and is willing to take hits. Shows the ability to put tremendous touch on the football and throws a nice catchable ball.
