Attending the June 13, 2025, Bone camp, Anthony showcased remarkable athleticism with a recorded 4.75-second 40-yard dash. While I didn’t see him firsthand, previous evaluations from PRZ Scouts have highlighted his strong arm, exceptional field vision, and accuracy under pressure. With a four-year starter and a Central Connecticut State commit, Anthony is undeniably one of the best quarterbacks in the state.
As of December 1, 2025, he has tallied 2,941 passing yards, 40 touchdown passes, along with 242 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns, leading the Warriors in their playoff journey. Throughout his high school career, he has amassed 4,989 passing yards and 70 touchdowns, guiding Windsor to an impressive 28-7 record and a Class M final appearance in 2024. Congratulations to

The Scoop: His name came across my eyes during the season in October 2023. He was selected as a Top performer during week of 10/27/23 when he went 13-for-15 for 276 yards and five touchdowns, all in the first half. The rising sophomore stayed consistent with his performances throughout the entire 2023 season that resulted in his selection to the All-state team. His 2023 highlight film is tape is littered with rocket throws that define arm strength. Will rank high on our next update.

‘s tape is littered with rocket throws. I value several other traits above arm torque/strength, yet this young man is flashing some of the best arm talent I’ve come across when evaluating underclassmen. Downfield accuracy is a plus, seen getting tagged a bit before launching these rockets, all while maintaining said accuracy. As confident as the come, can tell based on some of the decisions he makes on tape. Love his short/intermediate release, a quick flick to his man in a reserved calm manner. Already producing well. Will rank high on our next update.
