As a junior, Johnson led 6A in passing, completing 176/258 passes for 2,925 yards, 52 touchdowns, and only three interceptions in 15 games. Zane has shown the arm strength to stretch the field with ease in the deep passing game. He has also proven to be a very accurate passer, showing the ability to fit passes into tight windows where only his intended receivers have a chance to catch them. Johnson also scored two rushing touchdowns this season. Zane currently holds offers from Southern Mississippi, Akron, Appalachian State, Miami (OH), and Eastern Kentucky, and I expect more to come his way this offseason.
