This past weekend was busy for players from the Natural State taking visits to North Alabama as well as those that attended Football University camp in Dallas. Every prospect in this article is setting the stage for a strong 2022 football season. We are going to take a look at several players in this article and spotlight them this week as players to keep an eye on as the 2022 season approaches. [player_tooltip player_id="213347" first="Aiden" last="Evans"]-Quarterback-Springdale Har-Ber-2025 The quarterback position is one that appears to be in good hands over the next fer years at Springdale Har-Ber. [player_tooltip player_id="213347" first="Aiden" last="Evans"] displays great touch on the deep ball, and he can fit the ball into some tight windows. In Dallas over the weekend, Evans performed extremely well earning him an invitation to the Top Gun competition. However, Evans is not finished there he will be competing in the Rivals event in New Orleans this weekend. The best is yet to come for Evans, the potential is very impressive. [player_tooltip player_id="149539" first="Hunter" last="Marshall"]-Offensive Line-Farmington-2024 Marshall was able to display his versatility in Dallas over the weekend. The Farmington center put in his usual stellar work at the center position, but he was also able to get in some work at guard. Marshall uses his quickness to keep opposing defensive linemen off-balance. He is a prospect that can surprise opposing defenders with just how strong he is. Keep an eye on Marshall this season as the Farmington Cardinals get set for another playoff run. [player_tooltip player_id="308813" first="Truitt" last="Rowland"]-Defensive Line-Farmington-2024 [player_tooltip player_id="308813" first="Truitt" last="Rowland"] is a newcomer to the Prep RedZone 2024 list, and all indications are he will have no trouble moving up the list. Rowland shows good quickness along the defensive line and has the potential to play any of the positions along the defensive line. He is extremely quick getting into the backfield and does a good job of pressuring the quarterback. Rowland attended the Football University camp in Dallas as well and is bringing with him plenty of knowledge that he picked up at the Football University camp. [player_tooltip player_id="262460" first="Akira" last="Fujibayashi"]-Offensive Line-Greenwood-2026 The center position in the state of Arkansas is going to be well represented over the next few years. Fujibayashi shows good foot speed and does a great job of getting into opposing defensive linemen. He is a tenacious offensive lineman that plays with a chip on his shoulder. Fujibayashi is someone that I am looking forward to seeing more of over the next few seasons. The Greenwood Bulldogs are going to continue to be a powerhouse in the state of Arkansas and Fujibayashi will open some eyes in the process. [player_tooltip player_id="153886" first="Charleston" last="Collins"]-Defensive Line-Pine Bluff-2024 The Pine Bluff edge rusher has opened some eyes over the past few months. Collins is extremely quick and is able to terrorize the offensive backfield using his impressive speed. The Pine Bluff defensive lineman had the opportunity to visit the University of North Alabama over the weekend. The North Alabama coaching staff has done an impressive job of recruiting the state of Arkansas in an intense manner. Collins is a prospect that is going to have a chance to be recruited heavily over the next few months and is a player to watch out for this season. [player_tooltip player_id="154251" first="Romelo" last="Bell"]-Defensive Line-Pulaski Academy-2023 The Pulaski Academy defensive linemen is a player that can explode into the offensive backfield. Bell has that impressive mix of power and speed that scouts look for in defensive linemen in the college ranks. Bell already holds a scholarship offer from West Point and he is a prospect that is going to continue to attract attention over the next few months. Bell had the opportunity to visit North Alabama over the weekend along with [player_tooltip player_id="153886" first="Charleston" last="Collins"] and [player_tooltip player_id="201147" first="Anton" last="Pierce"]. [player_tooltip player_id="201147" first="Anton" last="Pierce"]-Athlete-Little Rock Mills-2023 One player that has had an extremely busy offseason so far is [player_tooltip player_id="201147" first="Anton" last="Pierce"]. Pierce is incredibly versatile and can play both sides of the ball with equal effectiveness. In the secondary, Pierce has the potential to be one of the best safeties in the state. Meanwhile, at the wide receiver position he does a great job of using his athletic ability to create separation from opposing defenders. Pierce was able to pay a visit to the North Alabama during the junior day activities going on there. Keep an eye on Pierce, the best is yet to come for this talented player.
