Estin is an under the radar prospect that ended his HS career on a high note. The senior finished with 900+ rushing yards and 10 TDs. The 6′ 180 lbs back creates a lot of his big, highlight reel plays with a combination of short area quickness and vision. Estin is comfortable between the tackles, using his agility to make defenders miss and accelerating  away from them. Estin does a good job of finding blocks, lanes, cutbacks, and seeing how he can setup defenders. Fichter also has a physical side to his game, and has the balance to get yards after contact. Mr. Fichter was listed on the watchlist coming into this fall season and with his performance so far he could see himself cracking into the rankings once this season is over. What stands out the most about this young man is his ability to get through the hole quickly and use his jump cuts to gain a step on 2nd-level defenders. You can see throughout his highlights below that he flashes his vision to find running lanes using his jump cuts to him them and stay ahead of the sticks. He can also be used in the air attack coming out of the backfield as well, I’m interested to see more film of him doing just that as he has potential in this area yet to come to light.
