By no means is this list a sure thing, finalized or complete. It will be updated twice more before the end of August 2022. Again, these are not rankings nor are they an end-all, be-all lists. These are the prospects that we have seen, that stand out to our team.
Below, we’ll take a look at class of 2026 Arkansas prospects, labeled as offensive and defensive prospects, that are currently on the Watch List.
Kane Archer Kane Archer 6'1" | 205 lbs | QB Greenwood Bulldogs | 2026 State AR | Quarterback
Archer is one of the top young prospects in the state of Arkansas as the 6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect already holds offers from Michigan, Missouri and Arkansas.
Drew Davis Drew Davis 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Benton | 2026 State AR | Quarterback
The 6-foot-1, 140-pound prospect has the makeup of a pocket passer. Operating mainly out of the shotgun, Davis can make tough throws with his live arm and does a good job going through his progressions.
Chris Ficklin Chris Ficklin 5'10" | 175 lbs | RB Bentonville | 2026 State AR | Running Back
The 5-foot-7, 135-pound rushed for more than 1,200 yards and 17 touchdowns this past season. He’s a fundamentally sound player who runs hard and uses his vision and patience to allow blocks to develop in front of him.
Will Carter Will Carter 5'11" | 140 lbs | WR Benton | 2026 State AR | Wide Receiver
The 5-foot-11, 140-pound receiver does a great job high-pointing the ball and has the ability to take bubble screens to the house. He’s a threat anytime he has the ball in his hands and showcases big play ability.
JaMarcus Cranford JaMarcus Cranford 5'7" | 150 lbs | WR Fordyce | 2026 State AR | Wide Receiver
Cranford who is 5-foot-7, 150-pounds is an exciting player who has big play ability. He’s fast, shifty and deadly in space.
Evan Goodwin Evan Goodwin 6'7" | 310 lbs | OL Pulaski Academy | 2026 State AR | Offensive Lineman
Goodwin is a bit raw but there is no denying his size as he stands at 6-foot-3, 240-pounds. He’s been working hard in the weight room on strength so he’s one who has the potential to develop into a solid prospect over the next few years as you can’t teach size.
Jahlon Harris Jahlon Harris 6'6" | 295 lbs | OL Maumelle | 2026 State AR | Offensive Lineman
6-foot-5, 336-pound 8th grader! Harris is an imposing force and a mammoth amongst his peers. He’s a bit raw but as he grows and develops he should come into his own as the speed and agility should follow. Was named an Under Armour Next All-American as an eighth grader this year.
Blair Ken Irvin III Blair Ken Irvin III 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR BENTONVILLE | 2026 State AR | Wide Receiver
The 5-foot-10, 135-pound receiver is quick off the line and shifty with the ball in his hands. He’s a homerun threat in space and has great yards after the catch ability.
Donald James Jr. | Running Back
The 5-foot-10, 180-pound prospect has prototypical size for a running back. He’s got a strong lower base and runs north and south in a hurry. He’s got breakaway speed which allows him to get to the edge in a hurry.
Braxton Lindsey Braxton Lindsey 6'3" | 205 lbs | LB Rogers | 2026 State AR | Wide Receiver
The 6-foot-1, 170-pound prospect is an all-around athlete. He’s played wide receiver, quarterback and linebacker. He’s got a knack for finding the football and has big-play potential with the ball in his hands.
Carson Riggins Carson Riggins 6'3" | 220 lbs | DL Dewitt | 2026 State AR | Defensive Lineman
This defensive lineman has a quick first step and the speed and ability to disrupt opposing backfields. The 6-foot, 205-pound prospect is versatile enough to play the edge or drop back into coverage as a linebacker. William Svoboda William Svoboda 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR Pulaski Academy | 2026 State AR | Wide Receiver
The 6-foot-3, 175-pound prospect has great size for his age. He has the makeup of a future tightend but he does a nice job on short and intermediate routes and does a good job with using his physical size to his advantage.
Aamonii Wren Aamonii Wren 5'10" | 160 lbs | ATH Newport | 2026 State AR | Athlete
The 5-foot-10, 160-pound athlete has lined up at running back and in the slot. He’s a playmaker with the ball in his hands as he has the speed to get the edge and the ability to make tacklers miss.
