Cahoon is one of the top linebackers in the state, and offers elite athleticism from the inside with cover abilities, bangs in the box and is a very high IQ player with a quick trigger and natural instincts. He was one of the more sought after linebackers in the 2026 class across California before shutting down his recruitment and committing to Stanford. Cahoon checks into our ranks as a top 12 linebacker across California and just inside the top 140 overall. A significant up-tick from the last release and rightfully so, he is a big time get for the Cardinal and should be a name we hear on Saturday’s sooner rather than later.
