Zamorano began his high school career at Santa Margarita and had 26 tackles with a pass deflection for the Huskies last season.
He’s a nice blend of physicality and smoothness. He is excellent in press coverage and can fly up the field to stop the run as well.
Zamorano had 18 other offers and also took visits to Washington and Kansas. He is the third player from California in Michigan State’s 2025 recruiting class.

Zamorano had 26 tackles with a pass deflection this season for Centennial after transferring in from Santa Margarita which earned him First Team All-Big West honors.
San Diego State is the eleventh school to offer Zamorano, joining Arizona, Oregon, Penn State and USC among others.

One of the top 2025 CB prospects in the state transferred to Centennial for his junior year. Zamorano is a high level corner with ideal length and size for the major D1 level at 6’2” 180 lbs. He’s got great range while showing excellent fluidity and athleticism changing directions and transitioning out of his back pedal. Great ability to stay in phase at all three levels matching WR movement with quick hips and good footwork. Explosive coming out his break with acceleration and leg drive to quickly close space on the WR with the ball in the air. Strong 1on1 open field tackler that can break down in space and wrap up to the ground while maintaining positional leverage. Recruiting has taken off since the start of last off season with 14 D1 offers coming in from top programs such as Oregon, Washington, USC, Utah, and Penn State.

Zamorano was an every down cornerback at Santa Margarita as a sophomore where he had 25 tackles and two pass deflections in seven games.
He now is up to 11 offers with Northern Arizona being the tenth school to offer him.

is a transfer from Santa Margarita who is a good and physical cover corner. Sometimes he gets a little too intense and draws late flags, but he is young and can work on that. I expect him to hit 15 offers before the season starts. Oregon, USC and Washington are three schools that Zamorano is high on.

The class of 2025 corner was offered by Connecticut and Houston Christian University. Houston Christian recently signed multiple class of 2023 players in Southern California.
