Aaron is a quarterback who is getting valuable experience operating a multiple offense, where he’s asked to handle different formations, looks, and responsibilities throughout a game. What makes his development interesting is the versatility required to run this type of system, as he has to adjust to different play calls while keeping the offense organized. Aaron is learning how to manage the passing game, recognize defensive alignments, and make the right decisions depending on what the defense gives him. Being able to operate an offense that uses several different concepts will only help expand his understanding of the quarterback position. As he continues getting more reps, that experience should help him become more comfortable making adjustments and taking control of the offense.
