He carries a 3.0 GPA and stands at 6'1, 167 pounds. He tagged me in his most recent first four game tape that he posted to Twitter three days ago.

This is an unranked prospect, and the first rep on tape is a surprising one. He aligns as a boundary flanker and catches a hitch with nearly no resistance from the defender. He has about five yards of open space between himself and his matchup, makes that defender miss, then makes two more defensive backs miss on what ultimately becomes a 70 yard touchdown. Great opening rep for a senior I knew very little about.

The second rep gives you a great idea of his stride and acceleration potential. The release is a little awkward, but this kid hits a different gear when he sees the football coming his way. He can accelerate, and he proves it on tape.

He is comfortable as the lone receiver or flanker on the weak side, which is where I see him aligned quite a bit. I would certainly consider him a deep threat. Defensive backs, for whatever reason, seem to fall asleep with him in front of them, and he consistently takes advantage.

There are several splash plays and several touchdowns of 50 plus yards already this season. He is subtle throughout his routes and will sprinkle in head fakes to throw defensive backs off, especially inexperienced ones. The biggest takeaway is simple: he is consistently open downfield.

I need to include him in our next senior ranking update. He is often running routes with little to no resistance because of his speed, and I'd love to see what that looks like against some of the elite defensive backs out in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh.

Based on his early season performances, it's clear that I'm drastically underrating and underranking this young man. I currently have Harper graded as a low level D3 option. His 4.5 speed and the tape he is putting together should, at the very least, make him a priority PSAC D2 level recruit.

Working against a talented Archbishop Wood football team, Harper caught six passes, four of which went for touchdowns, while eclipsing 100 receiving yards in an overtime loss. I appreciate him tagging me and alerting me to the performance. I decided to dig into his first three game tape as well, giving me nearly four minutes worth of production to evaluate. I would love to see Conwell Egan in person this year, although I've had trouble getting on their sideline in the past.

Harper is an outside receiver with the size and frame to easily be pushed inside to the slot. He has the yards after catch agility and elusiveness to threaten defenses with any hitch, slant or stop route. The route running is far more consistent. The hands are far more consistent. Seeing both displayed on tape before he even erupted for four touchdowns this past weekend makes me feel like this young man deserves a 200 to 300 spot boost.

He sprinkles posts, 9 routes, hitches and curls throughout his first three game tape. I love how controlled he looks throughout his release, through the stem and into the catching phase. There are also a few special reps of Harper blocking out in space, which I appreciate him inserting into the tape.

This is a substantially better prospect than where I currently have him ranked.

Currently ranked as a top 150 senior in Pennsylvania, Williams sits squarely in the middle of an FCS level grade. After taking a peek at his most recent game tape, however, I think he needs to be back in the discussion alongside every other senior quarterback in Pennsylvania when talking about who is the best at the position.

Williams stands 6'2 and is now up to 215 pounds. That 20 pound increase is notable on tape and greatly amplifies and justifies my reasoning for elevating him. This is a frame much more suitable for college football and allows me to comfortably raise his grade, knowing he can maintain his mobility and quarterback traits while being better equipped to sustain hits in the pocket with his improved build.

Coming off a Week 4 single game tape that he tagged me in today, Williams showcased more than 250 yards through the air and accounted for three touchdowns. He completed 17 of his 22 passing attempts. I've brought up this trait before when evaluating Williams: his red zone accuracy. I've seen it in person. I saw it on tape when he was a junior, and his Week 4 tape is showcasing it yet again. Arguably one of the most coveted traits among college coaches is the ability to get into the red zone, remain accurate and finish drives instead of watching them stall and turn into field goal attempts.

Accuracy, depth perception and anticipation skills are all green flags for Williams. This Week 4 tape proves that almost immediately. He is comfortable working out of play action sets, remains patient and can be seen working through his first and second reads. The arm talent to thrust him into the Division I threshold has been there for what feels like two or three years now. He sees the field well and plays as a confident passer.

There seems to be a rhyme or reason behind everything Williams does and reads. Where his eyes go, where his helmet is darting and how he progresses through a play all look deliberate. There doesn't seem to be confusion in his game, only confidence.

In need of a ranking boost ASAP.

A senior offensive lineman ranked just outside the top 200 tagged me in his most recent highlight tape against Chichester High School. Going to his Hudl, I decided to peek into his first three game tape, which gives me about 150 seconds, or two and a half minutes, worth of production from a prospect who has flirted with a Division I grade in the past and, quite frankly, still does today.

The first rep on tape is a goal line snap with him stationed at left guard, bulldozing a defender nearly 10 yards off the ball. Love this rep. It proves he can generate power without much of a lead up. He is working out of a tight set, meaning there is no opportunity to build momentum before contact. He simply gets out of his stance, chugs his feet and moves another human being. Some linemen struggle in these situations because they rely on pulling or gathering momentum before arriving at contact. This young man proves he can generate power strictly out of his stance and through his lower body movement.

Run blocking is his calling card. He can comfortably pull from either guard position but looks particularly comfortable pulling from the left side. Arrogant, and I mean that in a good way. He is a tone setter. Aggressive. He carries the demeanor you want out of a mean, massive guard who genuinely seems to enjoy bullying whoever lines up across from him.

He might ultimately fall to the D2 level, but he will be a steal for a PSAC program out east or really anywhere in Pennsylvania. Great motor, great demeanor and great production. I witnessed a ton of pancakes throughout the tape. Consistent driver is probably the best way to describe his game. He latches on and drives until the whistle.

There is real value here for a run heavy offense that likes to move its guards, and there are enough pass protection reps sprinkled throughout the tape to show he isn't a one trick pony.

He might end up needing another ranking boost after his Week 2 performance, where he dominated with me standing on the sideline. He posted a two minute first three game tape to Twitter, but I decided to peek into his four minute single game highlight tape against Quakertown High School just to see what he looked like this past weekend. The tape has yet to be edited or posted to Twitter, which is perfectly fine.

He took another screen at the line of scrimmage more than 50 yards for a touchdown, much like he did with me in person against Kennett High School. Again, he made several defenders miss in space with subtle cuts before showcasing his acceleration. I'm really happy to see him playing this well and producing at such a high clip. There are a ton of first down runs sprinkled throughout the tape as well.

I fully expect him to break loose and churn out yardage on the ground when given opportunities in a heavy misdirection centered offensive scheme with a ton of moving parts postsnap. It's the extra stuff in the kick return game, punt return game and passing game that separates him from just about any other running back who could succeed in this offense.

He even decided to include an awesome pancake block in pass protection, essentially aligning in a sniffer or offset tight end role presnap. Again, another testament to his toughness and willingness to contribute however he is asked.

This is a kid PSAC schools do not want to miss out on. He could eventually become an accolade earner at a program willing to utilize his all around skill set.

Currently ranked as a priority D2 prospect. Great size, great tape. He might have started gaining serious exposure a little too late in the process. He stands at 6'2, 175 pounds, up five pounds since his last profile update.

He tagged me in his Week 4 tape, a game where the starters were out by the third quarter. He recorded three tackles from his defensive back position. I decided to dig into his Week 2 game against Lower Merion as well, which gave me about a minute of tape to evaluate.

He is a downhill tackler who does a good job reading passing concepts postsnap and processing routes as they develop. He is comfortable playing 23 yards off the ball in man coverage. If he can consistently prove that he can run with wideouts attacking him outside the numbers, his size alone will make him valuable, especially if he proves capable of staying with speed down the field.

Safety is an obvious projection for him at the Division II level. I particularly like his third rep on tape, where he initially bites on what eventually develops into a double move but recovers even better, resulting in a pass breakup near the sideline when targeted on the back end of the route.

His long stride helps him stay in phase and on the hip of wideouts running 9 routes. Again, the stride, understanding of passing concepts and potential range lead me to believe he could become a serious safety prospect. Pair all of that with his willingness to come downhill and tackle ball carriers, and there is plenty to like about his projection at the position.

A player who has been sitting on our watch list for some time. I took note of his height, weight and overall profile while looking through Haverford School's Hudl in recent years. There was just never enough tape for me to justify ranking him. That might have been a mistake on my end, as I see plenty of tape available now. I'm willing to rectify that mistake.

He tagged me in his first two game tapes on Hudl just three or four days prior to writing this. At 6'3, 215 pounds, he can dabble at wide receiver but has considerably more experience playing defensive end and edge.

The first rep has him shading the inside shoulder of the right tackle in what looks to be a 3 2 5 defense. I could be wrong on the exact front here. Regardless, the first rep is a Division I caliber one. He works a bit of a bull rush, sheds inside and chases down a quarterback escaping toward his side of the field, finishing with an aggressive and violent takedown near the sideline. Fantastic first rep to open his senior tape.

There is a ton of upper body power and hip torque here. He is seriously effective coming off the ball, getting inside a tackle's chest and driving him straight backward. He can win inside or out. My initial question was whether he could attack an outside angle with enough speed to prove he isn't strictly a power winner.

Later in the tape, you see him playing with his hand off the dirt in a much more traditional edge or outside linebacker role, and that previous question is quickly answered. He wins outside, maintains outside contain and comes up with a sack roughly 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage. He gets creative with his choices of winning inside or outside and is a better run stuffer than I initially imagined, too.

There is Division I FCS potential here. I've waited long enough to move him off the watch list, and the early senior tape gives me more than enough reason to take his ranking seriously.

He has been tagging me for 2-3 weeks now, so I apologize for the delay in getting him mentioned on the site.

Currently ranked as a D3 football prospect out of the Philadelphia Public League, he decided to plug in the tape against Father Judge High School. His tape starts with him catching a screen behind the line of scrimmage and turning it into a first down. Another rep has him aligned tight inside, almost in line with his tackle, where he runs a stick route, sits down in the zone and serves as a safety blanket. He is a sure handed wideout who can also help on special teams, although he is currently ranked as a running back on our site.

There are a few big impact blocks on tape, both on special teams and at wide receiver. He can return kicks as well. There is a lot to like here for a Division III program looking for an athlete capable of contributing at wide receiver, running back or in the kick and punt return game.

Evaluations are normally subscriber-only but when an athlete subscribes, theirs becomes free for all readers. Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.

Currently ranked as a priority D2 prospect. Great size, great tape. He might have started gaining serious exposure a little too late in the process. He stands at 6'2, 175 pounds, up five pounds since his last profile update. He…
