Arkansas HSFB: Week 2 POTW and Weekly Awards

<p>Week two has officially wrapped up, with tons of outstanding performances and eye-opening matchups. In this report, we give you the players of the week.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prep Redzone Arkansas POTW</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1858209' first='Easton' last='Barksdale'] faced a tough Warren team on Friday night. The impressive part of the night is that he only had one incompletion. Barksdale went 20/21 (95%), 345 yards, and five touchdowns. He was decisive post-snap and opened up a lot of eyes with this performance. Overall, he displays good arm strength to attack the full field. He racked in nine receptions for 183 yards and three touchdowns. He also blocked a kick on the night. Jackson can stretch the field vertically and give you a red-zone threat. His footwork and UOH allow him to fight off press-man and win over the top. He racked up seven tackles (five solo), five pressures, four tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks. Moorehead is a tough block one-on-one, where he can create penetration against every phase of the game. His top play of the night came on a 66-yard game-winning touchdown reception. He split defenders across the middle and displayed his foot speed to outrun the secondary. He carried the football 16 times for 232 yards and three touchdowns. He also had two receptions for 28 yards. Smith is the top prospect on this roster and for good reason. He displays solid burst, attacking downhill with purpose and the ability to create after contact.
