Sa’Mhad Williams is making an immediate impression as a freshman varsity running back for Chester, already showing the ability to produce at a high level against varsity competition. Through four games, Williams has carried the ball 66 times for 497 yards, averaging an impressive 7.5 yards per carry and 124.3 yards per game. His downhill running style and ability to consistently create explosive yardage have made him an early offensive contributor for the Clippers. Williams has also found the end zone nine times, giving him one of the more productive statistical starts among Pennsylvania’s 2030 freshmen. With his early production and continued varsity experience, Williams is quickly becoming a name to monitor as the 2030 class begins to take shape.
