As we’ve written about before, some of the state’s top young prospects are starting to earn major offers across the country after a big season this fall. Prospects all the way from the 2022 class to the 2026 class are earning new offers in recent days.
Here are some prospects who received offers recently…
Julian Lewis

Lewis
6'2" | 175 lbs | QB
Carrollton | 2025
GA
– 2026 QB – Carrollton
Just an 8th grader, Lewis is already making waves in the recruiting world as he’s already received offers from Florida, Penn State, and Georgia Tech. The dynamic 6-foot-1 165-pounder has all the tools of a future 5-star quarterback and recently earned another offer from Ole Miss. He’ll be a prospect to keep an eye on over the next few years.
Jonathan Echols – 2024 EDGE – Heard County
One of the hottest 2024 prospects in Georgia, Echols is towards the end of a breakout season and his recruitment is taking off more and more by the day. The big do-it-all athlete stands at 6-foot-5 225-pounds and already shows signs of an elite pass rusher. He can already use his size and raw strength to dominate veteran offensive lineman, but his quickness and explosiveness off the ball is what makes him one of the top young 2024 defenders in the state. He looks the part and he’s only going to get better. He earned a new offer from Michigan, and it won’t be his last.
One of the biggest playmakers in the region, Gates is a dynamic athlete who can play both receiver and defensive back at the next level. He shows great ball skills and the ability to play physical as a defender. Gates committed to Florida in late August, but that hasn’t stopped the offers from rolling in. Gates earned a big offer from the Cincinnati Bearcats this week. As a receiver, Gates caught 36 passes this season for 604 yards and 8 touchdowns. He also picked off one pass and made a handful of tackles.
Jaden Harris – 2022 DB – Riverwood
The 6-foot-0 180-pounder from Atlanta is seeing his recruitment soar since late October, earning offers from Missouri, Tulane, Maryland, Marshall, and Kansas State in the last several weeks. Now, he’s earned one from Virginia. Harris is an outstanding cover corner who can make plays in the return game as well. He has some length in his frame, can make plays on the ball, and has been one of the more athletic players on the field at all times this year.
Vicari Swain – 2023 ATH – Central
There’s a new athlete to know about in Carrollton, and it’s the playmaking WR/DB, Vicari Swain. He has a long frame at 6-foot-1 with impressed burst and explosion. He’s a true playmaker and was tough to handle for opposing DBs all season long. As a receiver, Swain caught 47 passes for 855 yards and 8 touchdowns. Defensively, Swain made 28 tackles and intercepted six passes.
Luke Brown – 2023 OL – Henry County
A big new offensive lineman to know in metro-Atlanta, Brown is a physically imposing 6-foot-6 300-pound tackle who plays physicaly. He’s mean, aggressive, and has a lean frame that coaches covet at tackle. He moves his feet well, plays with balance, and knows how to finish blocks. He holds plenty of D1 offers already, and he earned a new one this week from Kentucky.
One of the top CB prospects in Atlanta, Harrison is a quick, instinctive cornerback with size at 6-foot-0 180-pounds who can make plays at both receiver and as a defensive back. On offense, Harrison caught 16 passes for 312 yards and three touchdowns. On defense, he’s made 19 tackles and made three interceptions. He’s down to a “Top 3” of Florida, Tennessee and Nebraska, but he added another offer this week from Maryland.
