PRZVA Team Preview: Osbourn Park Yellow Jackets

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Last Years Finish: 3-7</h2>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Head Coach: Robert Holland (entering year 3 his team has improved each season)</h2>   <p>Osbourn Park has improved in every facet of the game since Coach Holland took over before the 2024 campaign. Doubling their win total in 2025, the Yellow Jackets showed they can compete in the Cedar Run District. OP returns a lot of skill position players and seems bought in to the culture change Coach Holland is setting. <em>"We've had a very extensive offseason that required more out of them than we've asked in the past. We've competed quality opponents all offseason preparing to be elite. We know it's a process when it comes to building a highly competitive program but we feel as though we've taken the necessary steps to put ourselves in a better position to do so. Our younger guys who've played since freshmen and sophomores are more mature within the game now and their preparation. A 6'2 rangy linebacker/safety [player_tooltip player_id='1312077' first='Aidan' last='Sloan'] can play at the next level. He may be one of higher ranked prospects who has yet to receive an offer and that should change soon. A rising junior whose speed and vision are next level, Bah can play. He is so explosive and has a low center or gravity, expect a big season from him.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/TheAhmadBah/status/2055720679027122370?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Flores had a good junior season and he really looked the part at the PWC showcase back in May. I saw him have some battles in the 1v1s and he was facing many prospects projected to go division 1. He is a good run blocker and solid defensive end, I would expect all district honors lined up next to his name this fall. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">A rising star out of 2028 class, [player_tooltip player_id='2185742' first='Trystan' last='Irving'] started as a sophomore for the Yellow Jackets at corner and receiver. Pretty good statistics across the board for Irving with 34 tackles adn 2 interceptions. He is 6'2 and moves well along the backside of OP's defense, I would expect him to be ranked in our next cycle come August.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Trystan9irving/status/2050265919050416581?s=20 </div></figure>    <p><strong>Key Newcomers:</strong> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2243795' first='Ardon' last='Morina'], [player_tooltip player_id='2243798' first='Ronan' last='Pierce']</strong></p>    <p class="text-gray-700">Pierce has good size and length at 6'1 and 165 lbs., the soon to be junior will be relied upon early for Coach Holland's squad. I would expect him to be used at tight end and outside linebacker as Coach will want all his best athletes including this stud on the field as much as possible. </p>
