He holds offers from Southern Miss and Old Dominion. He missed some time early in the season due to a concussion but is back and fully ready to go. We’ll be seeing him this coming Saturday morning.

He posted two minutes of production on Hudl showcasing his Week 2 and Week 3 highlights specifically. He has played a large role in helping his team move to 3 0 for the first time in 20 years. He is the starting left tackle on an offense that is playing better than I’ve seen in recent memory. He will rank inside the top 100 in this coming update.

He consistently creates initial contact off the snap. He doesn’t wait for a defender to bring contact to him postsnap. He plays with a sense of urgency and violence, especially as a run blocker. He can lock out his arms and drive defenders 10 to 15 yards off the ball. He can run block effectively from left tackle whether aligned to the strong side or weak side presnap and is a great steerer once he gets his hands attached.

He handles inside rushes well in tandem with his right guard. The upper body technique is fantastic. Hand placement, elbow angle, low pad level, you name it. There is some great technique being shown on Hudl early in his junior season, and that is a great sign that his recruitment will continue
