Spring jamboree action featured Auburndale, Manatee, and host Fort Meade as several rising prospects and under-the-radar names made strong impressions heading into the offseason.   Elijah Christian | WR | 2028 | Manatee | @echrisiglesia   Christian quickly turned heads with one of the more impressive breakout performances of the night. At 6-1, 195 pounds, he already looks the part physically and backed it up with production. Strong hands, good body control, and the ability to win contested catches stood out, especially on a highlight grab over two defenders. Big-bodied target with upside that's just starting to emerge. Teo Edwards | QB | 2029 | Auburndale | @EdwardsTeo7   Edwards continues to look like one of the more athletically gifted young quarterbacks in the state. The poise jumps out immediately for a 2029 prospect. The arm talent is obvious, but the command and confidence he's developing early are what separate him. High-upside young QB with a bright future.     Nolan Downes | QB | 2029 | Manatee | @NolanDownes   Downes brought plenty of intrigue into the jamboree and showed why college programs are already paying attention. The young quarterback looked comfortable operating the offense and flashed clean mechanics with good touch on the football. Advanced experience and production already show up in how he carries himself. Another 2029 signal-caller with major long-term upside. Continued growth in coverage ability and sideline range could elevate his stock even more this fall.     Charles Calhoun | RB/LB | 2027 | Auburndale | @4_wayyyzz   Calhoun brings real value as a two-way athlete. Defensively, he looks more comfortable in space and continues improving as a linebacker. Offensively, he runs with physicality and purpose while embracing contact. Tough, versatile football player who sets the tone with his effort and energy.     Sirdarrean Allen | WR | 2028 | Manatee | @AllenSirdarrean  Allen brings a rare frame to the receiver position at 6-5, 180 pounds. Long-striding athlete with solid speed and the ability to create after the catch. His catch radius alone will make him a difficult matchup for defensive backs. As the frame continues developing, expect more recruiting attention to follow. Burst, quickness, and ability after the catch stood out underneath. Still offers versatility as a two-way athlete, but there's growing value in what he can bring offensively with the football in his hands.     Major McBath | WR | 2027 | Auburndale | @Majormcb   McBath continues to stack productive outings. Sharp routes, reliable hands, and improving confidence stood out again. He's becoming more polished as a route-runner and continues creating separation consistently. Trending toward a bigger offensive role entering the fall. Physical frame, high football IQ, and disciplined approach stand out immediately. Kodi Wright | DE | 2027 | Auburndale | @Kodi_WrightJr   Wright brings strong effort and consistent energy off the edge. Shows flashes of pass-rush upside with a solid frame to continue building on. Still refining technique and hand usage, but the motor and willingness to compete every snap are there. Jeremiah West | DB | 2030 | Fort Meade | @we78951   West quietly put together one of the better young performances of the day. Competitive in coverage, showed good tackling ability, and played bigger than his size. The instincts and willingness to compete stood out early. Another young Fort Meade prospect with long-term upside.     Isaiah Johnson | WR | 2028 | Auburndale | @IsaiahJohn95133   Talk about someone who made a name for himself in the spring environment. Johnson brought life to the Bloodhounds offense at times it seemed they would stall. He's an electric jitterbug type receiver who makes plays after the catch. Impact player for this program.
