The Benjamin School Continues To Build With Coach Jason Belser

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>For much of the past decade, The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach has been near the top when it came to football.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Solid talent and depth surrounded what the Buccaneers brought to the table each year – with the playoffs a destination.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When head coach <strong>Eric Kresser</strong> moved on after nearly a decade, it left a void in the program as graduating and transfers took a toll on this smaller program.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Enter <strong>Jason Belser</strong>.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>After many years as a defensive back with the Colts and Chiefs in the NFL, Belser found that success was achieved by everyone buying into the main objective – and when he was hired last year to take over this program, his philosophy and vision was enough for those at this school to believe that he was the right person for the job.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Any program in this day of athletes moving freely from one school to another had to have a purpose. What the Buccaneers have established – even in a 3-8 season – is teaching and establishing a solid foundation that called for investing year-round on and off of the playing field.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The objective, as spring is in full swing, was to develop talent and create a professional atmosphere.
