Weekend 3 of the SKLZ Speed Challenges brought us to Tulsa, where we got a chance to see a few of the fastest athletes from around the region.
The Broken Arrow native and #1 ranked ATH/WR in our Oklahoma class of 2029 rankings proved exactly why we have ranked so high during the SKLZ Speed Challenge with a tournament-best 4.59 40.
He has the speed to blow defenses away, plus the hands/explosiveness to win contested jump balls. It's a lethal combination that we expect to pay huge dividends for Williams on the field.
Colleges are already taking notice, as Williams has landed multiple D1 offers, including UTSA and Arizona. We expect many more where that came from. He'll be a player to watch in OK for the next few years.
The freshmen were dominating the SKLZ Speed Challenge this weekend as Reed, a freshman from Arkansas, finished with our second fastest time of the weekend at a blazing 4.64.
A weapon when he gets to space, Reed's top-end speed has the chance to take him far in the game. With several more years to fill out his frame and continue to develop, the sky is the limit for an athlete with his traits.
He's a name we'll be watching closely over the next few seasons, and we're sure there will be college coaches doing the same.
Highlights
Dmtri Ndzentuv
Dmtri Ndzentuv
Dmtri showed an impressive burst all weekend, and his 40 time matched the eye test as he ran a 4.66 during the SKLZ Speed Challenge.
Ndzentuv has the ability to beat defenders over the top with his speed, but also flashed some great footwork and hands with catches over the middle.
With two years left to continue polishing his game, Dmtri has a great chance to be featured on Saturdays in the future
