Whittemore has continued to show why he deserves Power 4 attention in this class. At 6-2, he has good size for a young quarterback and plenty of room to continue filling out his frame. What I like about his game is the way he can operate the offense while still having the ability to make plays with his arm and legs. He has shown that he can push the ball downfield and make throws when the defense gives him opportunities. Through the early part of this season, Buchholz has continued leaning on him in a program that expects to compete. The physical tools are there, and now it’s about continuing to stack good performances and becoming even more consistent.
