Drone is a young up and coming defensive back prospect that also lands on our WL ranks after his second season at the prep level and is a well balanced player that can cover and come up and tackle. Drone has good size and a nice frame for a junior and is a plus athlete on the back end that should come in and start making a impact early for another solid Salinas team. Drone shows he is good in coverage, fluid in transition with high point abilities and PBU length if beat over the middle and flashes a high IQ in zone coverage while able to take proper angles in space when coming up to make tackles on the edge.
