Through my experience, I’ve developed strong leadership skills, learning how to lead by example and bring my team together. I’ve also grown a lot as a player, always working to improve my performance and push myself to the next level. Throughout the season, I faced challenges, including struggling during games and being benched. Instead of letting that define me, I took a step back and held myself accountable, asking how I could become a better leader for my team heading into the playoffs.
